  Buying my first home was a huge milestone for me, and I’m very grateful that I had Luz Rodriguez as my REALTOR® in Las Vegas. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and there were many things about the process that I didn’t know. Luz and her team were there every step of the way. They helped me understand the financing, inspections, negotiations, paperwork, deadlines, and everything that comes with purchasing a home. Luz was always patient and kept me informed, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident with my decision. I’m officially a homeowner now, and I couldn’t be happier. If you are buying your first home in Las Vegas, I definitely recommend Luz Rodriguez. She will work hard for you and make sure you have someone in your corner throughout the entire process.

  I recently moved from Hawaii and purchased my home here in Las Vegas with Luz Rodriguez and her team. Buying a home in a new place can feel overwhelming, but Luz made the entire process much easier for me. She was always available, explained every step clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the transaction. What I appreciated the most was how much she looked out for my best interest and helped negotiate a great deal for my home. She was professional, patient, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. If you are moving to Las Vegas from another state and need a REALTOR® who knows the market and will guide you from beginning to end, I highly recommend Luz Rodriguez and her team

  Llegamos con Luz Rodríguez por recomendación de una compañera de trabajo que también compró su casa con ella y tuvo una excelente experiencia. Desde la primera conversación entendimos por qué nos la recomendó. Como compradores de nuestra primera casa, teníamos muchísimas preguntas y no sabíamos bien cómo funcionaba todo el proceso. Luz se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos cada paso, las diferentes opciones y programas disponibles para primeros compradores, y siempre nos hizo sentir tranquilos y bien orientados. Hoy ya tenemos nuestra preaprobación y estamos muy emocionados de comenzar la búsqueda de nuestra casa. Hasta ahora la experiencia ha sido excelente y definitivamente recomendamos a Luz a cualquier persona que esté pensando en comprar su primera propiedad.

  Tuve una excelente experiencia con Luz Rodríguez como mi Realtor en Las Vegas. Llegué con ella por recomendación de una compañera de trabajo que también compró su casa con Luz y quedó muy satisfecha con todo el proceso. Como comprador de mi primera casa, tenía muchas dudas sobre los requisitos, el financiamiento y los programas disponibles para first-time home buyers. Luz me explicó todo de una manera clara, respondió cada una de mis preguntas y me orientó desde el primer momento. Lo mejor fue que después de nuestra reunión y de seguir sus recomendaciones, salí con mi preaprobación lista para comprar casa. Ahora ya estoy preparado y muy emocionado para comenzar la búsqueda de mi primera propiedad en Las Vegas. Recomiendo totalmente a Luz Rodríguez si están buscando una Realtor en Las Vegas que conozca el proceso para primeros compradores, las opciones de financiamiento y que realmente los guíe paso a paso.

  I would strongly not recommend to work with Luz as a realtor. She deceived me with her host Miguel via AirBNB. I lost money, nerves and restful nights. To begin with, the house I booked was far below basic cleanliness standards. I have over 10 years of experience staying in Airbnb homes in Las Vegas, and I also work in real estate. I have never seen floors this dirty or kitchen cabinets filled with dirty dishes. The backyard was also dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning units were extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the floors on the second level, particularly in the bedrooms, creaked so loudly that every step could be heard throughout the house. My baby repeatedly woke up from the noise whenever someone walked upstairs, making it extremely difficult for our family to rest. Another major issue was the crib that we had requested for our baby. It was left dirty in the garage, without a mattress or the promised baby bedding. Yes, I signed a waiver acknowledging that I would be responsible for setting it up myself. However, I never imagined that “setup” meant dragging a heavy, dirty crib out of the garage, trying to maneuver it through a doorway because it barely fit, carrying it upstairs by myself, and assembling it there. In my understanding, “setup” meant putting together a crib that was already in the bedroom—not transporting a large, dirty piece of furniture through the house. As a mother, I simply could not put my baby into a crib that had been stored in those conditions. The most disappointing part, however, was how the situation was handled by Luz and Miguel. The host personally came to the property, looked me in the eye, acknowledged all of the issues, and promised me—in front of Luz on the phone—that I would receive a full refund if I cancel my reservation. Based solely on their personal assurances, I canceled my booking. Had they not made that promise, I would never have agreed to cancel. I also have screenshots of her host’s messages in which they confirm that I would receive a full refund and claim that the delay was caused by Airbnb. However, Airbnb Support later informed me that they were prepared to process the refund, but the host (along with Luz since she is his realtor) refused to approve it. Those statements directly contradict what the host and Luz told me. Then, just before our checkout, Airbnb Support informed me that the host had declined the refund he had personally promised. By that time, the review window had effectively passed because I had been fully occupied taking care of my three young children during the stay. As a result, I lost more than $2,000 that I had every reason to believe would be refunded based on the host’s and realtor’s own promises. I felt completely misled and deeply disappointed by the way this situation was handled. As a mother traveling with babies, this experience was incredibly stressful. The issue wasn’t only the poor cleanliness, the noise, or the missing baby amenities—it was also about honesty, professionalism, and keeping promises made directly to your guests. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst Airbnb and real estate experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this realtor to anyone.
