Applied for unit and was denied and one person told me I could get the 300.00 deposit back in 7-10 days and it’s been 10 days and i called back and spoke Kailey lucero (sp?) she told me according to nevada law they have 30 days to refund my money so basically I’m screwed for another 20 days!!!! Nevada is awful!! Tenant right don’t live here go to Oregon

BEWARE!!APPLICATION Process is terrible here ! Especially for those of you planning to relocate to Vegas from out of state. Because if any date changes happen during your out of state move- they will just keep your money and not refund it! I paid $355 for my application and holding fee, excited to move in. I get a change in my plan and update them but was told I can’t get my holding fee back! It was then brought to my attention that I had only 48 hrs to get that refund! But I was planning to move there! An unwanted delay happened but they won’t give me my money back? Ew! Just very distasteful especially because the original leasing agent D never told me such a policy, or I wouldn’t have done that knowing I’m losing my hard earned money! Do BETTER! This place doesn’t care about you or your family, they just want that money!! Sick

I recently called to get some information for a friend who is planning a move to the area from California in the next few months, and I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Bri, the manager.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and share more about the community. What really stood out was how genuine and welcoming she was throughout the conversation. Bri also mentioned that they host holiday events and activities for residents, which is such a thoughtful touch and something you don’t often find.
By the end of our call, I felt excited to share everything I learned with my friend and encourage her to schedule a tour when she’s in town. Customer service like this makes a lasting impression, and Bri is a great reflection of the community she represents.

I live in this complex for 15 months. The community is ok, older people. The management is why Im giving this place a one star. My apartment, specifically was checked for Inspection 5 times from March to December. When I asked the front dest why So many inspections, I was told it was just a easy unit to inspect or I was chosen at random. The water was shut off 4 times, and when moving out they try and charge you a month worth of rent in made up damages. Once your lease is up they'll offer you another one that's 100$ more. They offer a low price and no security deposit when you move in ,but try to make it as hard as possible when you want to move or don't take an off. There never available to talk to. Terrible management that will try to take whatever they can get from you. UPDATE: They just posted a automated response. I gave them a week to contact me and NOTHING. When I ask to speak with a manager they said they had nothing to discuss with me. They're still trying to charge me 1800.07 for false damages to the floor.
