  I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team, especially Juan. He has always been extremely responsive and professional whenever any issues have come up. Whether it was air conditioning repairs or addressing everyday wear-and-tear items that needed attention, he consistently responded quickly and resolved the problem efficiently. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if an issue arises, it will be handled promptly and with a positive attitude. Juan’s dedication, reliability, and excellent customer service have made a significant difference in my experience here. Thank you for all your hard work!

  I want to recognize Juan and Francisco for the outstanding work they do at our townhouse community. Juan is always incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. Whenever an issue comes up, he makes sure it is addressed quickly and efficiently. What stands out most is his dedication during emergencies. During a recent heat wave, my AC stopped working late at night, and Juan responded immediately. He came out right away and got everything fixed, which was a huge relief. His commitment to the residents and willingness to help, no matter the time, does not go unnoticed. Francisco is also fantastic. He consistently does excellent work and takes pride in making sure everything is functioning properly throughout the community. He is thorough, dependable, and always professional. It's clear that he genuinely cares about maintaining the property and ensuring residents have a comfortable place to live. Both Juan and Francisco are a tremendous asset to our community. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication make a real difference, and we truly appreciate everything they do.

  I was in the neighborhood with my husband looking for a new home and came across The Croix, we had the pleasure of sitting with Everlyn who showed us 2 different units and she helped us secure our move for July. If you ever need assistance ask for Everlyn, you won’t be disappointed!

  Here's a version that reflects that you **chose not to continue with the tour** because of the interaction with the leasing agent: Unfortunately, our experience with the leasing office staff led us to remove this community from consideration before we even completed our scheduled tour. I had toured these townhomes about a year ago and had a wonderful experience with the leasing agent at that time. I loved the community and was excited to bring my fiancé back to see it because I genuinely thought this could be our next home. We had a tour scheduled for 1:00 PM on a Sunday. When we arrived, the office was not open and no staff member was present, despite the posted office hours indicating the office opened at 1:00 PM. We had to call customer service to confirm the office was open. The representatives over the phone were polite, professional, and very helpful. While the leasing agent arrived late, we chose to be understanding and continue. However, things quickly went downhill from there. It was over 100 degrees outside, and we had our four-month-old baby with us. All of the future resident parking spaces were occupied, so my fiancé politely asked where visitors should park. The leasing agent responded in a very dismissive manner, simply stating, "There are no spots." When we asked where we should park instead, she offered little assistance and suggested parking near the front of the property, which would have required a long walk in extreme heat with an infant. My fiancé then asked which unit we would be touring so we could at least park as close as possible. Rather than providing directions or assistance, she vaguely pointed in the distance without explanation. Throughout the interaction, she appeared uninterested, unhelpful, and inconvenienced by basic questions from prospective residents. At that point, we decided not to continue with the tour. Customer service is incredibly important when choosing a place to live, and if this was the experience before becoming residents, it did not leave us confident about what future interactions would be like. The townhomes themselves appear beautiful, and I was genuinely disappointed that we left without touring them. Unfortunately, the leasing experience was enough for us to take this community off our list and continue our search elsewhere. Hopefully in the future staffing gets better.
