  Very spacious townhomes: 2- and 3-bedroom layouts are roughly 1,528–1,732 sq. ft., and every home reportedly has an attached 2-car garage. Liz and the staff are also so kind.

  I was so happy to find The Croix Townhomes. Two car garage attached, is a must in this heat. I am glad I stopped by. I didn't get to see a unit because they have no models, but Liz did show me a virtual tour, and she walked me through the property. I can walk to the mall from the property and or to Costco. :)

  My name is ApriI and Im a new resident at The Croix. I would like to start by saying how wonderful the front office staff has been. Everlyn and Liz really know how to make a person feel welcomed. They communicate and address your questions or concerns with knowledge and patience. Next, I would like to thank the maintenance team. Juan goes above and beyond to repair and replace anything that needs to be handled. Its impressive to watch this team work together. I've been renting for 22 years. This is by far the Best experience I've ever had renting. Thank you guys.

  Great team! Juan from maintenance was friendly, professional, and quick to take care of everything. Lizbeth, the manager, was welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Excellent customer service all around!

  I want to recognize Juan and Francisco for the outstanding work they do at our townhouse community. Juan is always incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. Whenever an issue comes up, he makes sure it is addressed quickly and efficiently. What stands out most is his dedication during emergencies. During a recent heat wave, my AC stopped working late at night, and Juan responded immediately. He came out right away and got everything fixed, which was a huge relief. His commitment to the residents and willingness to help, no matter the time, does not go unnoticed. Francisco is also fantastic. He consistently does excellent work and takes pride in making sure everything is functioning properly throughout the community. He is thorough, dependable, and always professional. It's clear that he genuinely cares about maintaining the property and ensuring residents have a comfortable place to live. Both Juan and Francisco are a tremendous asset to our community. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication make a real difference, and we truly appreciate everything they do.
