  We choosing Avalon at Seven Hills part of it because Bentley, Maintenance Gentlemen and Maggie. All 3 are super nice and extremely helpful that making our decision little easier. :)

  Maggie our tour guide was very informative and answered any questions we had. The only issue was that none of the apartments have showers without tubs.

  I was helping a friend who had her A/C go out late last night and had to have emergency dental surgery early this morning. She had to forgot to call the office to tell them her AC was out. This is where it gets wild! I finally think to call the office to report it when we’re ten mins away. Lady was nice and said she would the maintenance man Steve know. We pull up a few mins later and ai meet Steve who had noticed the unit broken earlier that morning and had already checked it out and ORDERED the Part. He was installing it !!! I gotta give an apt complex a shoutout who has that kind of maintenance man on property! He had her apt ice cool within an hour . Thanks Steve. Really made all the difference in her day

  Steve is the maintenance guy here at Avalon and I have always had great interactions with him and his timely and professional manner in getting the job done and doing it right. Great Community and Clean.
