  I have lived here for two years almost and for the most part absolutely love it here. After my first year I switched apartment units and the new apartment I moved into does not have a fob for the pool because the previous resident didn’t turn one in. I am now required to pay $25 to replace it if I want access to the pool. Yet I was responsible and turned my fob in from my previous unit. I’m not sure why the property manager requires me to pay for a fob another resident didn’t turn in or why they weren’t charged so a replacement could be purchased. Very upsetting to my kids for the summer. Also the maintenance guy Steven NEVER fixes anything and always has some excuse why the issue is “ok”. It seems as if Steven just rushes thru things and is lazy. I now refuse Steven to work on any of my maintenance request. Jared on the other hand is AMAZING and always takes the time to fix any issues Jared has excellent customer service skills, is very knowledgeable, and always polite when in my home. Hopefully Steven is replaced soon so Jared isn’t always having to go behind Steven’s work or lack there of.

  Not even here a month. And everything that could go wrongs did. And now something that was repaired isn’t. Second time thats I have to go into office to complain about problem with my handle to master tub. He came supposedly fixed it, knowing that he was putting a wrong screw in it. So now that screw fell out and the handle is not attached again to the wall nor is the other screw on the side of the handle. This is sad. This should’ve been repaired a long time ago I guess replacing things that need to be replaced is a problem.
