Have been living here for three months now. Other than the AC not being fixed in July, the maintenance is okay. They try at least. Overall okay experience.

Since GreyStar has taken over this operation has been nothing short of atrocious. Assigned parking (what?), no pool and we are approaching JULY with no foreseeable resolution in sight. Despite it being over 100° DAIlY, management has not even had the courts to send any sort of letter to let residents know what's going on. Wildly and extremely unprofessional. On top of that, one of the managers is extremely rude and is not fit to work for customer service. Every time I go in there for a question, she acts annoyed as if she's doing me a favor , NEVER greets me or says goodbye (don't you work in customer service?) and is extremely rude. Since GreyStar, I would give this zero stars if I could. Future residents run away....fast. Owner of the building,if you are reading this...since GreyStar has been employed your reviews have gone down tremendously and will only continue doing so.
Can someone please explain why we are having these little so-called gatherings at the office where they demand us to smile and take pictures just so they can send it up to their higher. We’re paying for amenities and we can only use partial during certain times. In the past three years living here we have only been able to use the front office pool once or twice after being closed and open multiple times. And now officially closed without any ETA on when it might be open and asked for the second phone in the back. Never being Open. Always stating that it will be open. Eventually never giving us any information. Ever since grey star management has taken over. It has one downhill from there. I’m sure what all tenants want is to be able to use the amenities that we pay for, and if they don’t open, why should we have to pay for them?
By the way, if you see most five stars, they probably came with a five dollar Starbucks card or incentive.

I had to relocate. I moved out and had to mail my keys back to them. During this time i received multiple calls from management asking if i wanted to keep my lease. During those calls i was told that i would have 30 days from me turning in keys to pay the balance. I assumed I could call in and pay by phone. Not once during those calls did they say how i was supposed to make this payment. They sent my account to collections the day after i turned in my keys. I was never told this would happen. I tried calling them to ask the manager why this happened and she has been mysteriously unavailable since. Now I’m getting harassing calls from their collection agency all the while I’ve been waiting to hear back from them regarding this matter. My apartment was left move in ready. I paid my rent on time and have never had an issue. They are treating me like a problem tenant and I’m just trying to get answers and make a freaking payment without ruining my credit. They advised i get a lawyer. A LAWYER! What the heck is wrong with people. Do not move here!
