  Laura Moline and her daughter Monica Moline are the Gardnerville Dream Team. We were out of state landlords and they helped extensively to refer and coordinate the Trades before we even entered into a contract. Once the property hit the market, Laura Moline had buyers lined up and we got a seller's dream offer. Laura Moline and Monica are the best of the best, true pros.

  I have now worked with Laura on 2 transactions in five years. The first one was during Covid times and we had to do everything pretty much remote plus my crazy travel necessitated that Laura do much more for me with a virtual tour etc. she handled the process very well given the nature of Covid and the transaction was complete without a hitch closed in 20 days start finishe she handled all the details of inspections etc. second transaction just completed in Feb ‘26 and same thing she handled everything from start to finish virtually as I was away on travel so bought the bought sight unseen again and Laura professionally managed the entire process seemlessly. Will be selling a house soon and look forward to working with her once again on a third transaction as I know I can turn the project over to her and it will be completed when agreed without issue. Would highly recommend on any buy or sell transaction.
