- KRKrissy RasmussenMar 18, 20255.0What a great experience with Caroline. She was so patient and answered all our questions. We really weren't sure we were ready to buy right now but after this experience im pretty sure we are buying! Thank you Caroline
- SRScott RJan 24, 20231.0Fleetwood homes are good quality. Clayton Homes does fine selling product, but after the sale have terrible customer service. Clayton preferred outside finishing contractor Brock is a pushy demanding insulting thief and a seriously bad person. Expect the worst. Expect Clayton to not care about your problems. Foundation contractors Harmon do good work, excellent to work with. A shining light in the process. Fleetwood corporate are good to work with to resolve problems while Clayton does nothing after repeated calls.

- CKConnie KendallSep 3, 20211.0Hands down the worst new home I’ve ever had. I’ve had three new homes in my lifetime. The workmanship in and outside the home was terrible. Absolute bottom quality appliances. They told me to mark the quality flaws throughout the house, and I had to quit at #67. We’re now dumping thousands of dollars and a lot of our time doing it ourselves, in order to get it right. The hot water to my washing machine wasn’t even hooked up from the hot water heater! Never again!
