  Current Renter. 2200 a month. Walked to the pretty mediocre gym at this "luxury" property. No bar for squats or bench. This is a gym for your girlfriend to go to while sipping a frappucino and taking a selfie, not much else. Max free weights are 50 pounds. Not sure how long the gym door's knob has been broken but I can't access this already mediocre feature of this place sadly. As I was walking back to my apartment after being unable to go to the gym, a Sierra Highway patrolman pulled past me in his car and asked if I had seen anyone in a black hoodie by the pool or on the property. The junkies I see on the way to the Arco gas station had made me question the safety of living here, but I think this takes the cake. This place is over priced with very few functioning amenities. It only exists because millennials can't afford real homes.

  After looking at many different apartments all across Reno and Carson City, we met with Sylvia and knew we were home. After our initial tour on a Sunday, we had a move in date and all paperwork ready within two days. Sylvia was excellent and would answer our million questions within a matter of minutes.

  I don't really write reviews because I usually don't know what to say, haha, but I received such excellent service I felt the need to write one. Alejandra went above and beyond for me and my family. I was so nervous about applying and was so indecisive. I probably messaged a dozen times and always received a very respectful and reassuring response. As far as the community itself, Carson Hills is the nicest complex I've seen! The apartment inside is beautiful. I love all of the smart features and amenities . I'm so happy we made the decision to move here. Thank you so much for everything. ❤
