  Theresa is a phenomenal agent and adeptly helped us navigate the home buying process that has become increasingly tricky due to Covid. She was extremely responsive, answering questions quickly by phone, email, or text, at any time and made sure we got showings of houses we were interested in immediately. In fact, the house we eventually bought was only on the market for 16 hours, but Theresa made certain we got an early viewing and then helped us craft a competitive offer and worked her magic to get it accepted from amongst the many others on the table. Subsequently, she made sure to keep the closing process rolling, and followed up diligently with our lender, the title company, and the seller’s agent to make certain we made it through the inspection (which she attended and advised on afterwards) and appraisal, and close on time. In addition, compared to all the other agents we previously interviewed, Theresa was by far the most easy going, patient (especially with all our questions as first time buyers), and caring. Her interest always seemed to be to find a home that was perfect for us from both a financial and lifestyle perspective. She was never pushy, always accommodating, but was also extremely efficient and on point when we were ready to make an offer. She’s a great person, one we got to know very well over the past few months, and now consider a good friend. Finally, she knows the Santa Fe area really well, and helped us understand the various neighborhoods (of which there are many in this little town) and their historical provenance. We had originally had our heart set on one particular part of town, but Theresa steered us towards an even better location that we had not considered, which ended up being a much better match for us. Moreover, she has roots in the community, and her close relationships with other agents was part of the magic that helped our offer get accepted. We wholeheartedly recommend Theresa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area!
