  If I could give Negative 5 stars that’s what it would be. My family moved into this place almost 2 months ago and it has been pure chaos and 100% pure disrespect from the Manager “Mariah” if you come to her with a concern she will immediately start yelling and hang up on you then say she’s going to call police if I called back again. They authorized to have our vehicle towed illegally when a 24 hour notice was supposed to be given as stated in the lease. So the resident who made the complaint about the parking spot has now been illegally parked in the back of the building where parking is not permitted. We have notified Mariah of this matter now 3x but she still allows it. Now Mariah who can’t have any management experience will retaliate against my family any way she can. She won’t respond to any concerns My family doesn’t feel comfortable living here any longer. The air conditioner has not worked since we moved in and there is no rush to get it fixed. With the amount of money it cost to live here you would think the residents would get treated with a little respect. I’ve never been treated so badly. There is so many choices in Santa Fe for newer,nicer, more pleasant residents. Shame on Greystar management for allowing this nonsense and shame on The Mica Apartments. Just about anywhere will be more peaceful then this place!!

  Stacie gave us a great tour - she was knowledgeable and very professional, not to mention very kind as well! She also gave us a very comprehensive look at the finances and broke down the numbers in a detailed yet easy to understand way. Thank you to her for making the touring and apartment hunt process a little easier.

  I had an amazing experience! Stacie the assistant manager went above and beyond to assist me with all of my questions and concerns, she was very friendly with an amazing positive attitude and very professional. I also met the new community manager Mariah who is also great! Mariah has brought a fresh energy into the place and is incredibly helpful and attentive. I truly feel valued as a resident here and I truly recommend checking the community out😊

  Don't live here. They make you buy a bunch of add-on services beyond rent, and they don't deliver on the services. They are letting the place get run down and don't care when you complain.
