  Met Gavin after seeing his sign on the highway. Could not be happier. He was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Showed us many properties in the area and helped with the entire process. He ought to be Mayor of Ruidoso as he is knowledgeable of the area and has resided there most of his life. We simply could not have found anyone better than Gavin and are most grateful for his excellent assistance. Could not have done better!!
