  my last two Airbnb experiences have been the worst!!!!! Just last Friday I stayed at the grand view 9 found bed bugs that night packed up left the property and the manger/company tried telling me no refund due to owner losing revenue cause we didn’t stay there. WHATt!!! Also charging the most for catfish properties. Claim Jumper 17 needs major updates/ up grades for the price. That unit was old smelly torn furniture and curtains. For the price NOPE. $1600+ for 4 nights. Space nice yes location wonderful but the inside! Absolutely NOT. Check your bedding when you get to your stay! We usually do. I think we were getting too comfortable in our traveling. next time we know do it before we unload everything and set up. I did get refunded for that nights stay but had to fight for at least $400.

  We've used Reservations Unlimited for many years now for our annual Red River trips. All of the properties are clean and well maintained. The rental process is easy and so is check-in/out. We already have our fall trip planned for 2026!

  We just stayed in Red River for a vacation. Upon arrival we were given a packet with the incorrect code to the property. We were on hold with Reservations Unlimited for around 30 minutes trying to figure out a way to get into the property. Once we got through the recommendation was made to “be sure the door is secure and try the code.” We had to call a complete different number in order to receive any help. This number was able to help us and let us know the code we were given was incorrect. He gave us the correct code and we were able to get in. We went by the reservations unlimited office to be sure they knew about the issue and there was no ownership of the problem taken. The person behind the desk told us “what do you want me to do about that?” We will be avoiding this company in the future.

  We stayed at Casa Rio on Oro Fino and booked through VRBO. The house itself was great! A short walk to the town (too long to carry all your ski gear but easy to walk back to town in the evening) but far enough to not be disturbed by any late night partying. There are two rooms downstairs (R1- 2 queen beds, R2- 1 twin or full) and two upstairs (R3- 1 queen with ensuite bathroom, R4- King with ensuite bathroom and sauna). One full bath downstairs and two upstairs. We had internet issues on our first day but the office staff went above and beyond to help me get access to internet for some work I had to get done! I REALLY appreciate their help!! The kitchen is small but the dining room table is huge. Plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!
