  My husband and I are extremely impressed with Janice. We had been through 2 other property managers and 3 past renters with horrible experiences until we found Janice. She communicates quickly when there is an issue with our house that needs to be fixed. We get a monthly report and for the first time we feel that our house is being taken care of like the renters owned it. We hope to be back in our house in Placitas at some point but until then we have ABSOLUTE confidence with Janice!

  Janice has been an absolutely great landlord. I have rented from her for a year and half and she has always been prompt to respond to any issues and very understanding and has worked with me if anything arose on my end. She is fantastic with our dogs as well, which I really appreciate. My fiance and I just moved this weekend to another unit she leased us and she was so accommodating and helpful from beginning to end with this transfer. My entire time working with her has been nothing but pleasant. She is by far the best landlord I have ever had.

  Horrible Experience! Janice Fowler is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. She spent 10 minutes cleaning out her truck while we waited to see the house. On the way to the house, just keeping a conversation with her in the car was like pulling teeth. Half the ride was in complete silence. Once we arrived at the property she barely spoke a word to us and told us NOTHING about the property. It was so awkward my wife and I were a little weirded out. She seemed like showing us the house was a burden for her. We eventually drove back where I tried to make some conversation, but it was basically more silence. An absolutely horrible experience! Once we got back to the realty place she just ran back in the office and barely said a word to us. She claims she has been a realtor since 2013, but I have no idea how she ever sold a house. I wouldnt buy or rent a piece of gum from this woman. Maybe that house wasnt for us, but we liked the area and would have looked for others. Instead, my wife and I ran out of there because of how this realtor behaved.
