  We had an amazing experience working with Jojo at Clayton Homes in Farmington! From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question we had, explained the process clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Jojo's professionalism and expertise made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. He worked quickly and efficiently, helping us turn our dream of homeownership into a reality faster than we imagined.   I Bought a home and it was the worst experience ever. My sales person said my home would be exactly like the model home on the lot, but I got nothing like the model. I was later told that everything in the model home was extra when doing the walk through. I asked before ordering our home if everything was the same as the model and I was told yes. I picked a color for my cabinets and trim and I didn’t get what I ordered. I am very disappointed that I am stuck with a home I didn’t pick. I met with the General Manager, Jay Gould, who kept picking up the piece of paper regarding my order and just kept asking me if this was my signature for the order. I think that was the only thing he could say because he asked me multiple times the same question over and over again. I signed the order, but shouldn’t it have been salesman job to know what he is ordering? I was then told they marked the wrong one. I don’t work for Clayton homes and depended on the salesman to order what wanted. But the GM had no customer service skills whatsoever because I am not an employee at Clayton homes and treated me like I knew their job. I got nothing like the model home and Jay told me I was stuck with the home he built. I even took pictures of the model home and what I ordered but nothing was the same. Now I’m stuck with a mortgage and a home I’m disappointed in. Jay said I’m not giving you your deposit back. I told him I didn’t want the home and I wanted to cancel my mortgage and was going to call the mortgage company myself. He told me he can call the mortgage company too but he’s not giving me back my deposit. Because I was upset and he was yelling at me and I yelled at him too but all he kept saying is that he’s keeping my deposit. The GM needs customer service skills training and the salesman needs to let people know what is extra and instead of telling customers exactly like the model you need to be honest. My mortgage is for the price of the model but I didn’t get the model. It’s like they rushed to do my home with windows placed that are uneven. Y shower is not the same as the model, the fixtures are not the same as the model but I guess those are probably all extra too. The home I chose had a fireplace and I didn’t even get my fireplace and according to the GM my house now is not built to accommodate a fireplace. If I were you don’t go to Clayton in Farmington go elsewhere, where you’ll probably get treated better by a GM who has customer service skills and knows his job well enough to make sure you are 100% satisfied and won’t try to intimidate his employees to Act like they never said to the customer that the home is exactly like the model. I took pictures of everything and have recordings of all my conversations with the GM and what he said to me about not being satisfied and with the salesperson. I am one very very dissatisfied customer. I have been telling people not to go to Clayton Homes in Farmington NM. I got to my welcome home meeting and it was nothing compared to what they advertised. But your home elsewhere because you want to be happy. My first purchase was the worst ever. I am still trying to move into the home and found they never cleaned the home as stated. There is a lot of saw dust in cabinets behind stove refrigerator, greasy shoe prints behind the stove and fridge. I advised you all do not do business with Clayton homes. I already advised coworkers, relatives and people at my banks to not do business with Clayton homes. Worst experience ever.
