  Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with! As a military family, we had moved out of state and needed to sell our home in Los Lunas, NM. Jessica went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. She coordinated with our tenants (to walk through the home and verify it was being well taken care of before they moved out), met with contractors when we couldn’t be there, and helped us identify things to take care of before listing. She was incredibly communicative, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. Jessica also arranged for beautiful professional photos to be taken and created a gorgeous listing. Her expertise and knowledge of the local market helped us receive multiple offers within the first 48 hours, even during a slower market! She explained everything clearly, kept us informed, and made selling from out of state feel completely manageable. We are so grateful for everything she did. She went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell in New Mexico!

  I knew from the first time I met with Jessica that she was the right person. She was compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with her preparation for the meeting. She put me at ease with everything involved in selling. Her continued support, negotiating skills and communication are very admirable. I would definitely recommend her for any selling needs.
