  UPDATE! Today is June 13th and i still have not received my deposit back....Update! Today is May 17! Its been THREE WEEKS and i haven't received my $150 deposit back! Cassandra the manager is garbage...they con you into putting in an application but NEVER explain that you're required to pay A FULL MONTHS RENT, A FULL MONTH FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THE AMOUNT FOR THE PRORATED MONTH....Then they gaslight you into saying its YOUR fault...These ppl LIE to not be wrong and have the audacity to call YOU a liar...I ended up finding an apartment with much more honest ppl...

  One of the best places I have lived in Albuquerque I have been here for over 12 years. They have a lot of units that they keep up in a very nice way. Their internet service and maintenance staff are some of the best and nicest people I have ever met, my neighbors were great & they are definitely affordable for small families and single occupants. Thank you White Oak .!!!.

  You'll think it first, "how is this place so affordable in Nob Hill?" After living here for a while you will understand that about half your maintenance requests will be rejected with no explanation, you can hear every step your neighbors take upstairs (and up the stairs), if you misplace your keys the 24-hour emergency line will not help you, in fact they never answer the phone, so you are ostensibly homeless until the leasing office opens, and the only thing keeping the roach infestation in check is the black widow colony in the bushes on the west of the building. I am not rich but I am breaking my lease just to be done with this place.

  This is the worst place I have ever lived. The slumlords managing this place are a joke. They fix absolutely nothing, regardless of how bad you need maintenance. They will enter your residence, trash the place and make holes in your floor with no notice. They also don't pay their bills. Water gets shut off for nonpayment. If you ask for anything at all, Cassandra the main slumlord will call you dramatic. DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

  We recently helped our daughter move in to an apartment at White Oak Apartments and the process from start to finish was awesome. Her apartment is a nice and affordable place in a great location. Very clean and well kept property. Cindy & Cassandra in the office were very kind and helpful. They both dealt with our daughter very professionally and helped her through the leasing process. Our entire experience with the apartment and staff was awesome. Thank you!
