I moved into this apartment complex in July, the hottest month, and was never informed that the AC had broken just days prior. When we stepped in, the air was suffocating, and a horrible odor from cat urine clung to the carpets. Within two days, the dishwasher broke unacceptable from day one. Over the two years, we battled constant cockroach and spider infestations. Despite multiple pest control requests, they only showed up once. Promised weekly sprays never happened yet we were still charged. The appliances are a joke: rotting wood, a moldy structure, and an oven that belongs in the 1950s. The water is shut off at least twice a month, making it impossible to shower during the day, even once over a weekend. The laundry facilities are a scam you pay extra, and they’re filthy, often used by homeless people. Safety is a joke: homeless loiter by trash bins, my fiancée’s car was broken into, and others were too. The office staff is rude, and there are no security cameras. Despite their fancy advertising of three pools, one was always closed, and the “gym” is just a storage closet. The only decent thing was a basketball court, but it’s so neglected you can’t even use it. The apartments near the office are the only ones cared for; the rest are graffiti-laden, broken, and ignored. Do not rent here. This place is a nightmare, and frankly, it deserves to be demolished and they should build a new apartment complex
