  I’ve had the best experience living at my apartment. Everyone has been so helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had, both in the office and with maintenance. They’re always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. They also have great events for the residents, which makes living here even better!

  I went in without an appointment, the lady this Saturday I can't remember her name she was very knowledgeable she answered all of our questions she showed us the apartment areas I really like the pond area really nice.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought multiple maintenance issues to the manager and was met with a dismissive attitude and absolutely no sense of urgency. The air conditioning consistently fails, and rain brings leaks and flooding inside the units. These are basic maintenance problems that deserve prompt attention. The office staff are hostile and unprofessional. One staff member repeatedly interrupts and won’t let you finish explaining what needs to be fixed. Residents should not have to fight to be heard or treated with basic respect. Poor maintenance, rude staff, and dismissive management. I would not recommend living here.

  Horrible experience. I called to get a schedule for a tour and I was rudely interrupted. There is mean girl energy here and it’s uncalled for, especially for those of us who moved here from out of state hoping to find a friendly place to live. I would not ever want to experience such disrespect ever again.

  I've lived at a few apts in the past and I can say The Retreat is very good with Maintenance responding quickly & efficiently when I've needed them. The maintenance guy Josh was very friendly & helpful. More apartments need friendly & reliable employees like him. Thank you Josh for all your help!
