  Rented here for quite some time, almost 5 years in total. The overall vibe of the place is nice, theres a sense of community, people are friendly along with most staff members being helpful and kind. With that being said the negatives far outweigh the positives, this complex is old and it definitely shows. The laundry room for one is atrocious sometimes you wash clothes and you come back and their soaked through, we ended up going to a laundry mat instead after it happened on multiple occasions. The plumbing is a whole other deal it must've not been built to code or something because the amount of time sewage would back up in our tub and sink was borderline unreal. One time we were left with a sewage filled tub for an entire weekend because maintenance was off and we tried calling the emergency maintenance number multiple times and left messages. There's next to zero chance you get your deposit back at the end and you should come to expect if you rent here that there will be lots of little things like the elevators breaking, or the gates breaking, that add up to it being a place I couldn't whole heartedly recommend nearly anyone to move to.

  Property manager cut corners and wouldn’t talk to me or hear me out. Said I was too loud * I have a daughter and get out of work at 3 in the morning. I tried to say I have time stamps (from work) saying I was at work when I got the notice and no one was home. Now I have to go to the courts and fight this because I don’t want this on my renters history. She literally hung up the phone on me when I was explaining myself. If anyone has a direct line to the owner please let me know. I literally have proof? I don’t know if she’s lazy or ? Just doesn’t care. Either way. Terrible, literally terrible management. Who does that ? I’m glad to leave, just wish it wasn’t with lawyers and the court during COVID. Both money and time wasted because they couldn’t get there facts straight.
