  This place is terrible; I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone. First, I want to mention the person living in Apartment 238 of Building 1201: he constantly harasses the resident of Apartment 239—banging on the door at night, taking photos, and attempting to damage the apartment or violate privacy. I even called the police on him once, but the management office offers absolutely no cooperation. I had a very difficult year living here. There is also a bedbug problem; just two weeks after I arrived, they charged me $500, claiming I was the one who brought them in. Be careful—don't live there or let yourself be fooled by the promotional offers. Thank you.

  This duplex apartments have upgraded many things here. They upgraded and got new hot water heaters. They now have a active swimming pool open soon for the season. They do have units available for rent. This apartment duplex is not like it used to be we no longer have issues with the homeless in here anymore or loitering around any of the entry doors come see the management today to view available apartments. They do have many locations and a wide choice of apartments to choose for you and your family.

  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND - Cindy and the "manager" so she calls herself Adrianna are no help in getting you into a home first of all and when finally speaking to residents at the property im so grateful we found elsewhere to move - nothing but complaints from each one so definitely ask around before considering this dump -ZERO STARS IF I COULD

  I moved into somerset in February. My experience from then until just today 06/5/23. Has been completely hell. They are the most unprofessional people i have ever worked with. They have illegally evicted other tenants, if i waited any longer to move out they would had done the same thing to me. I think they are definitely racist. They pick n choose who they want to work with and personally its only the elderly they will let things slide. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone i know and I definitely will not come back! The only person in the office i choose to like is Gabby. The other women that work in the office are completely rude, and dont care about anyone’s situation financially, personally, etc. i can only imagine what they would had done if i stayed longer. Not only that, they are way to expensive for the way the apartments are ran. Dirty outside and inside, no proper water flow in any of the faucets, the toilet always got clogged, the AC stopped working for days which is very bad considering theres kids and elderly that live there, pest control sucked so bad they did not know how to spray properly. I had spiders and other bugs in my home almost everyday and im a very clean person. I dont think $880 a month is worth it here especially for a one bedroom. Ive seen way better and experienced way better.

  This place is infested with roaches bed bugs & mice it's gross its also One of the most unsafe apartments in Albuquerque laundry room don't work pool not open looks disgusting I'll post pics of both asap. cars always getting broken into security drives by once per day once night to scared to stop get down do there job & secure apts smh. couldn't find a food app or food delivery to deliver here due to major gun play & drug activity in all area surrounding & including Somerset Park if ur bout the G Code & love the street life Somerset Park is the place to be.
