  Wendy S. was absolute amazing during the home buying process. For it being a stressful and crazy time for us, she made it feel a lot lighter and manageable. From viewing homes to getting us into the House we fell in love with, she was there by our side getting things done every step of the way! Couldn’t thank her enough for everything.

  I had a wonderful home buying experience! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Julie. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is fun to be with. I always felt like I was with a friend. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

  SHAME ON YOU! Out sourcing people from other countries to do your cold calling when people in OUR NM community need jobs. Also using AI to further enhance listings.? While we have a water crisis?. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where there’s a genuine backing for OUR community.

  We had cash on the barrel from a recent sale and were looking for a piece of land in various states of off grid. This one had potential but some issues needed to be addressed. The agent was useless, Clueless and pretty much the worst communicator ever . She sent five texts saying she was sending info that I never asked for . I never received it. The info I did ask for she sent as many texts saying she was sending it but never did , I told her we were going to the property , twice she said go ahead. We show up and there is a locked gate . I told her what’s up with that. She said oh there is a special way of getting there!?!! She didnt give that out . It’s special . Even in the same breath she could have given directions but she didn’t. She lies about so many things that I have a court case against her if I wanted to. Instead , she poisoned the experience . We took our 200 grand cash and our two Alb. homes to be sold and we fled that horror show as fast as we could . Too bad for you people . Reality one . Vet your agents I will also be in touch with the owner and tell them she has no intention of actively selling that property for them. Turns out our neighbors know them. Breach of contract is easily done!!
