  Been living here for a year now . This is my 2 apartment but the only thing I hate about over here is The AC doesn’t work I have put in the maintenance work and they gave me a new filter and it is still hot in my apartment me and my son can’t even sleep in this house because it’s so hot but we do have our own AC that only works in the bedroom but the living room nd bathroom is just hot it’s like heatwaves.

  Alex was absolutely amazing, very professional and eased the move in process significantly. I’ve never met anyone who goes to the extent Alex does in order to facilitate a fast, easy, and seamless process. Furthermore he is the nicest and most respectful staff member out of all of the people I met in the 6 apartment complexes that I toured. Very transparent, extremely quick to troubleshoot problems, and the care and effort he exhibits absolutely shows. Wonderful apartment complex, wonderful space, and wonderful experience. Thank you!

  Alex was amazing!! He made the move in process very smooth, no problems, very good at communication and did anything and everything to make me comfortable. Management is Definitely on point here! I got approved in one week last minute while looking for a place. I will be recommending for sure!

  I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the way this maintenance issue has been handled. I first reported this problem on April 10, and as of June 18, it still has not been resolved. It has been more than two months of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and empty assurances, yet there has been no meaningful action taken. The temperature inside my room is unbearable, especially during the night. The heat is so severe that I am unable to sleep properly. I often remain awake until 3:00 AM because the room is excessively hot, and I wake up covered in sweat. This is not an occasional inconvenience—it has become a daily struggle. I have to be at work by 6:00 AM every morning, and the lack of sleep caused by this issue is affecting my health, well-being, and ability to function properly. No tenant should be expected to live under these conditions for months while continuing to pay rent and utilities on time. What is most disappointing is the lack of urgency and accountability. Every time I raise this issue, I receive another explanation or excuse instead of a solution. At this point, I feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously. I pay for a habitable living environment, and it is unacceptable that such a critical issue has remained unresolved for over two months. I sincerely hope management understands the seriousness of this situation and takes immediate action to fix it. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has significantly reduced my confidence in the quality of service being provided.

  ROACHES EVERYWHERE! They come from the walls, from the sink, basically everywhere. I must have killed 500 roaches from the 3 months i was there. The roaches also dont care about lysol or raid anymore since I would dowse them and they would be just walk away like its nothing. Not sure if they developed immunity. The rent is cheap but offsetted from all the hidden fees. Like they cut a tree and they said theyre now going to charge for yard cleaning or something. They also charge for pest control even though the whole place is run down with roaches. From 900 to 1100-1200 easily. Also when you do a 500 dollar deposit, half of that is already gone from cleaning and some other crap...yes, the job theyre suppose to do for the next tenant is my problem now apparently. I cleaned the whole thing before I left too and they just charged the max.
