  Unfortunately there is no zero stars. This is by far the WORST place I lived, and I lived in a week to week hotel. The neighbors were constantly loud. Playing loud music, screaming, playing guitar loudly. I moved in April of 2025, and just ONE month after moving in the next door neighbors started bumping their bass so loud that it shook my whole apartment. I had stuff falling off my table and my walls. Me and half of the building complained about them. They had 9 people living in a 3 person apartment and they refused to look into it. The lady was running a nail salon out of her place. Their three kids were constantly screaming. They set off illegal firecrackers I'm the center complex. The managment was awful. They never communicated with us, and even after 10 months of about 10+ people complaining about them they FINALLY kicked them out. The last two or three months there was some freshly 20 year olds that would play guitar that I could hear through my whole apartment and through headphones. He was my next door neighbors upstairs neighbors. I would hear it for hours on end, multiple times a day. When I tried to ask him to turn it down he kept playing guitar and ignored me, contuining to play his guitar at an unreasonable volume. What did the complex do in that time period for the kids and for the loud neighbors? Sent out notices to be quite. Literally just a paper that said to please be quiet and not make noise. No notices for them, no fines for breaking lease terms of quiet times. Music would be playing until 2am or sometimes later. They promised after the third time of the 9 neighbors that they would take care of it, surprise they didn't for a stupidly long time. Ten months is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of fixing the broken gate doors and evicting awful neighbors, they spent thousands of dollars on making the concourse look 'nice'. Before I moved out looked awful again, no surprise. They took forever to fix broken washing machines and dryers. The water is constantly being shut off. At least twice a week. We didn't have hot water for three or four days at one point. The whole entire place is really badly put together. The sink and counters were chipping since they decided to put an unglu resin on the counters instead of making them look nice. I'm pretty sure I'll get charged for it cause two managements ago they said I wouldn't be, and they've changed people. They did a bug bombing, which everyone knows that it makes it a million times worse. And it absolutely did. The roach problem was manageable before the bombing but then they were everywhere. Honestly, just save your money and look somewhere else. I was constantly stressed cause they never did anything. Hell the maintenance people actually told me that they aren't trained!! They look up YouTube videos and try over and over until something works. My tub faucet fell off TWICE and each time it took them about four days to actually get it done. Four days of not being able to show or bathe. All because the water shutoffs and the faucet. Even after the second time of being fixed it didn't work properly. It sprayed water everywhere when the shower diverter was on. This is the worst place if you want somewhere nice to live. Tldr: noisey neighbors they refuse to take care of. Constant water shut off. Unprofessional management. Roaches everywhere. Bed bugs.

  My son lived here for 14 months, I was a co-signer on his lease. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to any potential renters. The water is shut off a couple times a month. There is a significant roach infestation throughout the complex. Also, kiss your damage deposit good bye. They charged him over $800 for "damage" that was never specified. He never damaged anything in the apartment. There were holes in the drywall made by service people, where he had to reach behind the tub to turn on the hot water, otherwise he would have had a continuous water leak. His cooling never worked, and most service requests went unanswered. Bottom line, stay away from this dump.

  Worst apartment ever they make it look nice but it’s so bad over here they charge for any little thing the maintenance has to fix even if it’s a door that takes 20 seconds they charge $30 and I needed my floor replaced I kept asking for 6 months they never did it or came they put the floor on point before I moved in and underneath was straight concrete that was like rocks and the whole floor around my apartment was peeling. The pluming was horrible I once had to go without a toilet for days and leave to use the bathroom because. They didn’t fix it for a week they also turn off the water I’m not kidding 3 times a week for maintenance and I would get off grave yard shift I want to shower but the water was turned off literally almost everyday. The neighbors here are creepy and weird if you a FEMALE DONT GO OUTSIDE ALONE very unsafe I always had protection but the guys here are creepy will whistle at you and there’s homeless at night camping out in the back just be carful the complaints can go on about this place DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

  Worst place, still have not fixed floor damage from when I moved in 7 months ago, they are Liars.
