  I would like to give a good review to Lexi the maintenance person. He is always busy. He is the only maintenance at this property. That is unfortunate. He has a lot of work to do.

  Recently our dishwasher broke and it did take a few days, but they did fix it and replace it once they realized it was causing us issues. The Maintenance here has been great as compared to other guys. We have lived here for 5 years and we have had so many maintenance men and women and so far this one has been the best. It seems that they are really trying to get things done here around the property and make sure that everything is taken care of in a timely manner.

  Even though I told them I decided not to rent here they said my admin fee of $219 was refundable .. it’s not they lied they cashed my check and kept it but told me they would mail my check back to me in 6 weeks .. it’s been over 8 weeks I called to ask and they said they ran my application and kept the money even tho I came in the next day to tell them I decided not to rent here.. don’t give them the admin fee if your not fully sure you want to stay here .. they will still rip you off

  I love staying here. The property is clean and the people are wonderful. The management is very friendly and they care about their tenants.

  If I could give a 1/2 star I would. This place provides very little gated parking and nearby parking not within the community is not available. First of all you will get towed, not to mention you have to walk over homeless to get to the community. I have a family member living here now and she is living with a torn up floor and has for several weeks due to management not fixing a leak. Right now it's mid August and she has no air conditioning and Hasn't had any for several days. Management won't respond. Save your money.. also to top it off they know parking is a problem and then they proceed to call a towing company to either tow or boot you.. 🤷🤷
