Unfortunately, no one acknowledged us or greeted us, even after making eye contact with us. The staff continued talking among themselves with their feet up on the table, making us feel completely ignored and unwelcome. Customer service is a huge part of any business, especially when helping people make such an important purchase. This was a very disappointing experience, and based on how we were treated, I would not recommend this office. Maybe we interrupted thier break, because it certainly didn’t seem like anyone was interested in working .
