  Chris Godwin was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me and my partner get our first home. Excellent service all around and I felt like I was being treated as a human being, not just a customer. Highly recommend!

  Chris Godwin with Oakwood Homes in Albuquerque is fantastic! He helped us get a beautiful home that I will treasure forever. He is a wonderful and caring person with excellent customer service. I talked to so many other mobile home companies and Oakwood helped us right away in our particular situation in a different city in New Mexico. Other companies did not want to even try to help us with our particular situation and it was saddening. I am completely impressed with Chris’ professionalism, handling of paperwork, delivery, setup, and customer service. Go with Oakwood! They are the BEST in New Mexico! Delivery and setup was quick, and they have the best deals in NM! My family’s dream of having a home came true with Oakwood.

  Chris has been very helpful to my parents in buying their new home. He has been attentive and helped them get the best deal. Although my parents only speak Spanish the process was smooth. He helped them with all the questions and concerns. We are so grateful for his help.

  My fiancé and I walked into the office hoping to get information about looking at homes. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged us or greeted us, even after making eye contact with us. The staff continued talking among themselves with their feet up on the table, making us feel completely ignored and unwelcome. Customer service is a huge part of any business, especially when helping people make such an important purchase. This was a very disappointing experience, and based on how we were treated, I would not recommend this office. Maybe we interrupted thier break, because it certainly didn’t seem like anyone was interested in working .
