  I was door dashing here, and I was stuck outside because the gate broke and when I went to the people at the front desk, they did not help me and were rude. when they gate finely started moving it stopped halfway and I had to park in the other parking lot and walk. I also have a friend that lives here and he says that people will try and break into his apartment all the time and he is sure it's the front desk people because they won't do anything about it and they are the only people that know when he's gone is them.

  I had a great experience touring Montecito Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the apartments look fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the tour very enjoyable.

  Me and my fiancé have been living here for years and it’s the best it’s ever been with Leah as the manager in the office, she does everything she say she’s gonna do she’s very helpful and friendly and we are so grateful to have her here!

  Living at Montecito Apartments has been wonderful. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, and the community feels welcoming and peaceful. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

  I've been with Montecito for a year and it's been a great place to live. No one bothers me and it's quiet. Management is easy to work with. I recommend Montecito to anyone.
