  Run away from these HOA guys, they are ridiculous and biased against small home ran businesses, They let some slide and then tell others no, I’ll never buy in a HOA again especially if these guys are involved, you shouldn’t either unless you like asking for permission to do things inside YOUR home they enforce whatever they feel like I have neighbors with stupid lights and trashy lawn ornaments but god forbid someone is running a online retail business that no one can actually see!
