  NOT EVEN WORTH A TOUR. Aside from the pounds and pounds of DOG POOP constantly scattered over every walkway in the complex; their pools and hot tubs are consistently broken. I've recently been informed that they never intend to increase their budget to fix anything, so they will stay filled with sludge and mildew. An absolute ghetto, mess. Every appliance is outdated, and require constant work orders. There is not a single thing worth noting, that would classify this place as luxury, unless you happen find all of the ROACHES here, charming. Don't get trapped with this poor quality managment like I did. They are SCAMMERS. Requiring 3 times the Rent, just so they can afford taking advantage of hard working people. I've already caught them trying to add extra fees to my rent, check your monthly bills, they will take advantage of you.

  Working with Kay Lynn from across the country was smooth and reassuring. She was communicative and thorough from afar and warm and helpful in person. We love the complex, amenities, and area, but her kindness continues to make this place feel like home!

  Stephanie the Assistant Manager is amazing. She always reaches out regarding work orders and always keeps me updated. I truly appreciate the communication! I've lived here since January and am super happy.

  Awful so called complex. 7Maintenance issues not addressed and they are charging us after moving out. Dishonest staff that will cheat anyway the corps tell them to. Dog feces everywhere, even on the sidewalk at times. Dumpsters have trash and furniture around them. Gross .
