Don’t rent here!
Counting down the months we have left and we out!
The swamp coolers are trash. Your apartment will still be hot even when they run and they take forever to come fix them. They say you can’t have window units but apparently only some apartments can have window units.

I enjoy living here.. only problems are I can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs and all the damn insects/spiders.. It would be nice if they could get rid of the bush next to our storage, it's full of black widows 🤯😩🫣...I just cant wait for summer to be over.. other than that, it's peaceful on this side of the complex..🤷♀️🤷♀️

The management is very rude. And there are tons of cockroach. I kept my apartment very clean. The first 8 months, no cockroach at all and after April, some stupid stuff spread pesticide or something outside the building. The next day I saw lots of dead cockroach outside the building and that was the beginning of the disaster. Half dead cockroach started to crawling into my apartment almost every day and night. and died in my living room and bed room. Good thing they didn't make it to my kitchen. I cannot wait to escape there. The maintains guys are very rude too. I think it is because they have very rude manager. She is super super rude. I wish she got fired.

Never move into these apartments. They are cockroach infested and the staff does nothing to help. My neighbors next to me were hoarders and from the window into their kitchen I could see trash and old food covering the floor. When I told the office about it they did nothing and the problem became even worse. The kitchen was a nightmare and we would have to guard our food while cooking it because if we looked away for a second a cockroach would literally try to jump into it. Seeing them all times of day, inside cabinets, laying eggs, multiple on the kitchen counters at the same time. This place does not care about the wellbeing of tenants and charges stupid amounts to take care of nothing. Save your money and don’t live here.

I have lived here for a bit of time and Lilah, the Community Manager, is always so sweet and kind. Every time I see her, she greets me with a smile and takes the time to say hello. She is one of the main reasons I continue to stay at Acacia Gardens.
What I appreciate most is that her kindness extends beyond the office. Even when I run into her outside of work, such as at the grocery store, she still takes the time to say hello and have a conversation with me. That level of genuine care and friendliness means a lot and truly makes me feel valued as a resident.
