  Nothing gets fixed on time. I currently have three things that need to be repaired. The oven still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been over a month. The kitchen drawer also hasn’t been fixed and that’s been a few weeks already. Now the washing machine is having issues too. With the amount of rent we pay, these repairs should be handled in a timely manner.

  The rental agent was good so there was no issue at all with her. The apartment (2/1) I saw was dated, old and extremely small. It's almost unfair to offer that 2nd room that looks smaller than a bathroom as a bedroom. Even the master bedroom is very compact. The larger apartment (2/2) that I looked at was ok but in no way is it a $3,000 per month apartment. It was very small also for that amount of money. The hall way rugs in both buildings that I visited were very dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. Considering all the wecompetition along the Rt.22 corridor, Crystal Ridge needs serious renovations and upgrades immediately.

  WARNING POTENTIAL RENTERS! Do not, I repeat do not, proceed further with Crystal Ridge! Not only do they neglect the property and dismiss their loyal tenants but they also won’t refund you your security deposit. Moved out in January and have been told two checks have been “lost” in the mail. When I ask to pick it up at the office they tell me it’s been mailed and “lost” again. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself from this atrocious property. It’s certainly not luxury either. The pool is FILTHY.

  Very rude staff, we never get any resolution on time. We were told cleaning was done on weekly basis on ground floor & lift, our lift looks so dirty for weeks sometimes and nobody bothers. Our AC isnt turned on yet, it’s been more than a week. Very poor customer service, My friends have been looking for a place and i couldn't even recommend them this society. We have stopped reporting any issues unless it’s really an urgency because everytime we get rude responses from reception
