  We’ve had such a great experience with Crystal Ridge so far! DeJona has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She has been patient, responsive, professional, and so helpful with every question and every step along the way. Moving can already be stressful, but she really helped make this process feel smooth and manageable for us. We truly appreciate the time, communication, and care she has shown us from the beginning. We’re so excited to make Crystal Ridge our new home and definitely wanted to recognize DeJona for providing such a great experience. Thank you so much for everything! 🏡❤️

  I just started moving in this week and nothing seems to be going right. When I scheduled a tour for the apartment, I was sent a video of what the apartment is supposed to look like and it looks NOTHING like the one in the video. I was able to see similar apartments but not the one I was moving into since it was still occupied. The apartment in the video was upgraded and new and they failed to inform me that the apartment I was moving into was not as upgraded. Which is fine but also very misleading. I got to see the physical apartment I was moving into 2 days prior to picking up my keys and it was slightly messy but I was assured that professional cleaners were hired to clean my apartment prior to me moving in. Upon arrival to my new apartment, the apartment was WORSE than when I saw it 2 days prior to arrival. There were large chucks of debris on the floor and carpet, the kitchen sink was left dirty, the bathroom sink was disgusting despite me cleaning it, the reset button in the bathroom outlet was cracked, the bathroom lights flickered, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. I was able to clean the mess from the floor and the rug on my own however, I am severely disappointed that I was promised cleaners prior to moving in just for them to not even show up. They offered for cleaners to come and clean but at that point, I have already cleaned up the mess so there was no point in them coming. The maintenance guy changed the reset button on the bathroom outlet but the outlet didn’t work so he had to come back and fix the outlet again along with the flickering lights which has thankfully now been resolved. Additionally, parking is very difficult to find. I live in the front of the complex and had to park almost all the way in the back of the complex. A solution to this problem is getting a garage, which I was offered. So unless you have a garage, good luck finding parking after 7PM. However, my biggest concern out of my complaints was the bathtub. I was told the person coming to resurface the tub was going to come on today but was not told a time. When I spoke to the office, they told me he rescheduled and I have to wait 2 MORE DAYS. Additionally, the bathtub takes 48 hours to cure. Their solution for the time being is for me to use the public clubhouse shower. Although management is doing their best resolving my issues and coming up with solutions, I am severely disappointed with my first impression of this place and do not see myself renewing my lease.

  They will leave you without air conditioning in August because it's the weekend and will not prioritize giving you your central air or figure out why there's no air flow because it's a Saturday. I put the service request in Thursday night that I didn't have central air. I had to call them because no one had come to look at the issue by 2:00pm on Friday. Two sets of guys came in here. One said it was a restriction and said that the outdoor unit needed to be cleaned. The guy that cleaned the outdoor unit was here, said he'd call his supervisor because I still didn't have air. Then they had the audacity to mark the service as completed. I still don't have central air. The high is 88 today. Do not live here.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst maintenance team I’ve ever seen. Management has no solutions, apologies or accommodations for ANYTHING. I had a non working washing machine for about 2 months. I had to repeat the issues several times because they do not keep track of any of their maintenance issues. Had to keep putting in work orders because they would close it out. When you call the office they can’t give you any information and just give you the run around. I had a leak on my ceiling about 3 ft long, they sent someone to sand it and paint over it… not even checking for mold. The gym has 1 treadmill that works (if it even works that day). They take WEEKS to give you a key to an available garage that you request and are paying for? Not to mention residents who do not have a working AC for over 2 months and now reaching 100 degrees. They give you no satisfaction or concern about any of your issues. Do NOT live here. It’s not worth the stress you will have to endure. I saw reviews before moving and convinced myself I was an easy resident with no maintenance issues in the past so it wouldn’t be my concern but boy was I wrong. Not to mention there is no signage on the roads directing you to the building numbers which lead to packages not getting delivered or lost. The “security” gate to enter the community has been broken for months now too. The worst living situation I’ve ever been in.
