  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst maintenance team I’ve ever seen. Management has no solutions, apologies or accommodations for ANYTHING. I had a non working washing machine for about 2 months. I had to repeat the issues several times because they do not keep track of any of their maintenance issues. Had to keep putting in work orders because they would close it out. When you call the office they can’t give you any information and just give you the run around. I had a leak on my ceiling about 3 ft long, they sent someone to sand it and paint over it… not even checking for mold. The gym has 1 treadmill that works (if it even works that day). They take WEEKS to give you a key to an available garage that you request and are paying for? Not to mention residents who do not have a working AC for over 2 months and now reaching 100 degrees. They give you no satisfaction or concern about any of your issues. Do NOT live here. It’s not worth the stress you will have to endure. I saw reviews before moving and convinced myself I was an easy resident with no maintenance issues in the past so it wouldn’t be my concern but boy was I wrong. Not to mention there is no signage on the roads directing you to the building numbers which lead to packages not getting delivered or lost. The “security” gate to enter the community has been broken for months now too. The worst living situation I’ve ever been in.

  The office has a problem with basic customer service. They have no follow through and doesn’t keep their promises. There is zero accountability for none of them. I even emailed the Solomon group that owns Crystal Terrace and none of them gets back to you either. Worst customer service ever!!

  The issue was not resolved. The garage door only opens half way.

  I had a problem with the bathroom outlet. Jose was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue and fixed the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
