  I don't recommend living here or any of the Kriegman & Smith owned properties. Upon move out the landlord will take money out of your security deposit for charges not even specified in the signed lease. They will give you "move out" procedures which is an unsigned document and charge you whatever they want. Extremely unprofessional and a honestly greedy move to do that to a tenant who lived there for 5 years and only asked for minor fixes to the apartment over the course of tenancy. In response to the message from Kriegman & Smith below (which may have been an automated response), I had multiple communications with your leasing office representatives prior to moving out of how to handle the situation properly and I received no guidance. After being charged the fee, I reached out again and basically the result was "we are unable to refund you". If you actually want to investigate this do it internally.

  This complex has potential, but the management company neglects EVERYTHING. I have been here over a year and STILL don't have repair issues addressed from the time I moved in. They do zero up keep with the grounds, the buildings, the apartments. You leave dozens of messages for Kriegman and Smith and they take your number and never return your calls, even when you ask for the highest level of management, never a return call. Don't fall for their 'renovated' units. They throw some cheap flooring down, a coat of flat white paint and mediocre appliances and charge thousands of dollars for a unit. Everything else is still decades old and falling apart.
