  Since SoJay has become the management company of Village at Berkley it has been a wonderful improvement of thing getting done, communications, and cooperation's between the HOA board, SoJay, and owner Having condos in several different communities. The VAB properties were the worst managed. Since the change in HOA board and SoJay as the management company have taken over it is now the best managed of the 4 different communities that I own units in. ..   This place is very friendly and every time we have problems HOA is doing everything in their power to fix the problems .Also whole condominium area is very clean and well maintained.

  We worked with Kathy and Linda to sell our home and I'm so glad we found them. I came across SoJay through an online search and it turned out to be the best decision. Being local to the area, they knew the market, the township, and the right people to talk to when things needed to get done. They were honest, responsive, and went above and beyond when it mattered most. We had a few bumps along the way and they handled everything with confidence and care. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Highly recommend.

  Wonderful and ethical Property Management Company. This company turned our failing HOA around. It's been a pleasure working with Kathy the past 5 years! Very professional and helpful always!

  Horrible property management. Heater system was defective and cost us $1400 in electric bill charges. They said it was "mechanical failure " and the landlord wasn't responsible. Total POS company.
