He consistently shows up whenever residents need him, responds quickly, and handles every situation with professionalism and respect. He goes above and beyond without ever needing to be asked twice and never has an attitude which you often experience from a lot of so-called professionals when you need something done. Lovell treats everyone in the building with kindness, communicates clearly, and takes real pride in keeping our community safe and running smoothly. He absolutely deserves to be recognized and promoted for the dedication he brings every single day.
- DNDiana NguyenJul 23, 20265.0Moved in June of 2026. Almost two months of living at the Pearl. Shoutout to Rodney and Susie for their help with the application and move in process. They answered a ton of my questions (I had plenty!) and genuinely did not seem bothered at all. Did have a couple issues arise with move in, including replacing my garage parking pass a couple times because it wasn’t reading and I couldn’t get into the garage, the outlets in my apartment did not work at a point as well and we needed to have an electrician come to solve the issue and lastly my shower was leaking because I realized when I moved in, there was no seal at the bottom of my bathroom door. Thankfully, Lovell and the maintenence team really stepped up to get all of my issues resolved as quickly as possible. Even with the outlet situation, they were honest that they were not sure what the issue was and would get the electrician out as soon as possible. The issue was resolved the following day. These are issues I would normally be upset about upon moving in but given that it is a new building and we are the first tenants in our unit, issues are bound to arise. All in all, I’m loving living here! I love the location, the amenities, my apartment, and all the neighbors are friendly. I’ve even recommend my own friends to come live here!
