  John was absolutely exceptional with his assistance. I had an overnight emergency with my AC unit and he was quick to respond and take care of the issue. He even went so far as to explain what the cause was and how I could follow up accordingly if the issue happened again. Thank you for your help~

  I appreciate John’s help to register my key. My key to my apartment is invalidated 2 months before end of lease, John as maintenance oncall delivered me new keys to my door. Update: 3 days later, I found my garage key is invalidated. I called maintenance oncall, John fixed the problem remotely again for me.

  I had a great stay at Station Bay it’s easily my favorite place! Everything was excellent, especially the management. Palina was always on top of things and super helpful throughout my stay. The train station is within easy walking distance, which made getting around really convenient. South Amboy itself is a very chill and pleasant city. You’ll find a nice sushi spot, Sciortino’s pizza, and some great bagels nearby.

  This buildings property managers are all discourteous, unaccommodating and will give you blunt answers to your questions/concerns. They made the living experience very unpleasant. The buildings common areas are constantly breaking down causing inconveniences. There was a fire in the building which caused it to reek of smoke for months. Management didn’t offer anything to the tenants for the inconvenience. There is random floods inside the building from time to time. The garage doors constantly break and either don’t open or close. There’s garbage all over the back parking lot due to improper dumpster storage. Movie theater room has a tv smaller than the one in my apartment. Pool is disgustingly dirty due to improper maintenace. Bbq’s constantly don’t work. Pool is not heated as advertised. The toilet was leaking causing an increased water bill which I reported as soon as I saw the bill and the property manager put up a fight for over two months with me about issuing a refund which I eventually got after escalating to the director of property management (thank you to him.) The building property managers need a lot more training on customer care and customer retention. They treat you as if they’re paying you to live there.

  John from the maintenance team is incredibly friendly and helpful! He handles even the smallest issues with sincere care and makes sure everything is fixed properly. He recently visited to fix a clogged bathtub, and he resolved the issue professionally while also giving me great tips on how to prevent and manage it in the future. He is truly the best maintenance team member! Also, a huge shoutout to Palina from the leasing office! She is so kind, professional, and honestly the main reason I chose to live at Station Bay. Unlike other apartment tours where staff only highlight the pros, Palina gave me an incredibly honest breakdown of the pros and cons of each unit based on my lifestyle. Thanks to her transparent and thoughtful guidance, I made the right choice and have been living here with zero issues. Her honesty really built trust, especially since I've had bad experiences elsewhere in the past. Combine that with top-notch maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here!
