  Been living here in Nieuw Amsterdam Village for more than 9 months now and I am so happy about the complex itself coz it is so peaceful, clean, as well as the neighbors are very friendly. The laundry facility is well-maintained too. And when a service request was made, an action was immediately carried out to fix the concerns presented. From the beginning Ms. Anna was so helpful and very accommodating during our inquiry about the apartment up until our move-in. The staff are very honest especially Mr. Bill when he found the lost wallet of my son and went his way to track the apartment and return it to him safely. Beyond grateful. Thanks to the management and all the staff.

  One of the most wonderful places I’ve ever lived. It’s quiet, peaceful, cozy, clean, and truly feels like home. The neighbors are absolutely amazing, and the management team is outstanding. The maintenance team is also exceptional. Whenever something needs to be fixed or addressed, they respond quickly and make sure the issue is resolved properly. You can really tell that they care about the residents and take pride in maintaining the community. Overall, in my opinion, this is one of the best places to live. I’m very happy to call this place home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, peaceful, and well-managed community.

  Never answers emails and only reaches out to collect money. Apartment always had issues and nobody would answer to come resolve them which included ceilings that always leaked, bee issues, and the floors were very cheap. When we decided to leave they didn’t answer any of our emails or questions and we had to email every day. I do not recommend living here and the leasing office is ridiculous.
