  The service at Saddle Brook apartments is excellent, from the landscapers to maintenance fixing things around the apartment, it looks clean all year round. My wife contacted maintenance as we needed the grout redone around our bathtub, Tomek - from maintenance came promptly and was professional all throughout the service, he even accommodated us as we both had to leave the house for a while and locked the door after he was done. I’m leaving pictures to show a great job, Thanks Tomek! We really love it, makes the bathroom look new 👍💯

  I’ve been living at Saddle Brook Apartments for a year now, and overall, I’ve had a great experience. I moved here because I’m a student at a nearby school and work at the hospital, and the location has been one of the biggest advantages. The apartments are conveniently located near major highways, with a hospital just down the street and everything you could need nearby — multiple Walmarts within 10 minutes, Costco, gas stations, Starbucks, Dunkin’, and many other stores and restaurants. The community itself has been very peaceful. My neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet, and I’ve felt comfortable living here throughout the past year. I would especially recommend this apartment complex for students and young working professionals like myself. It’s a great place to start while balancing school, work, and everyday life. Maintenance has been very responsive, quick, and efficient whenever an issue has come up. Parking has also never been a problem, which is a huge plus. My only wish is that the apartments had in-unit washers and dryers, as that would make living here even more convenient. My only negative experience was during the move-in process with the leasing office. The communication could have been more organized, and my experience with Jennifer was not always the friendliest. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time at Saddle Brook Apartments and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, peaceful, and affordable place to live.

  Maintenance nice and quick to respond! Convenient location and laundry facilities are not bad at all.

  This place is an absolute joke… I cannot wait till I finish my lease so me and my family can leave so they can keep this absurd rules to themselves, Ive been living here 3 years and today they have the audacity to send me a letter saying that ring doorbell cameras are violating lease policies that i use FOR MY FAMILY SAFETY… this is very ridiculous and not fair for all the stay at home moms and hard working people that work from home and live upstairs…

  Yes, I agree. Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They find all the reasons in the world not to give it back. I can't believe the way they did me after living there for over thirteen years. I also owed them money, talking about scratches on top of a dated counter top. I told them wear and tear, for being in the same apartment for over thirteen years. It needed to be updated anyway, they weren't trying to hear it. Smdh... Yes, shame on them for doing loyal tenants that way.
