  This is a great community! Management are real people who listen and the maintanence team are the best I've seen. I live on the train side on the first floor in a beautiful and spacious two bedroom apartment. The freight train doesn't come through all the time. I work from home and as I write this I haven't heard one train today. I've never heard more than 2 trains come through on any given day. The apartment does not shake and the trains go by pretty quickly. I hardly notice the trains and I work from home. There is a gym, BBQ's that work well, a courtyard and a large parking garage with both free and reserved parking plus plenty of spots for visitors. The maintenance team is incredible. There's no maintenance fee either! The oven, microwave, washer/dryer and central A/C are all up to date. They actually cleaned the vents before I moved in. I've never seen that before.There are Amazon lockers as well as an additional package room. The building is kept incredibly clean and maintained. Management is very attentive and they care about the community and the residents.

  I’ve really enjoyed living here the last year. The maintenance team always friendly and efficient, hallways clean, courtyard and grass area well kept. No amenity fee or parking fee was huge. Amazon locker is great, acme across the street is convenient. The apartment we chose is spacious (I don’t believe the exact size was listed) and bathroom is the largest I’ve ever had as well as the water always stays hot. Now, I’m unsure if we are the only ones but we have ZERO cell service in our unit. That goes for T-Mobile and Verizon. Even using WiFi calling doesn’t work, we can only use FaceTime audio to call unless we are on the balcony. That is prob the number one reason we are not resigning. The washer and dryer is very small so have to do many loads. I loved living here, is close to many major highways and shopping just be sure to try and make a phone call before signing as that has been the biggest (and only) headache. (We live on the first floor far right corner of the complex for reference….) some complain about the train but truthfully we can barely hear it from our unit.   Great complex, maintenance is great, no issues. VIctoria at the leasing office is professional and helpful.
