    I just moved here, it’s going to be two months. I am very happy to be here. The leasing agent Lauren is wonderful and extremely helpful. I needed some assistance in the beginning with stuff around my apartment and the super was very helpful and kind. The place is very secure. The place is kept very neat and clean. Parking is great, I am very glad that I moved here. There is gym and the tenants are also friendly! Thank you! 😊

    I’ve really enjoyed living here the last year. The maintenance team always friendly and efficient, hallways clean, courtyard and grass area well kept. No amenity fee or parking fee was huge. Amazon locker is great, acme across the street is convenient. The apartment we chose is spacious (I don’t believe the exact size was listed) and bathroom is the largest I’ve ever had as well as the water always stays hot. Now, I’m unsure if we are the only ones but we have ZERO cell service in our unit. That goes for T-Mobile and Verizon. Even using WiFi calling doesn’t work, we can only use FaceTime audio to call unless we are on the balcony. That is prob the number one reason we are not resigning. The washer and dryer is very small so have to do many loads. I loved living here, is close to many major highways and shopping just be sure to try and make a phone call before signing as that has been the biggest (and only) headache. (We live on the first floor far right corner of the complex for reference….) some complain about the train but truthfully we can barely hear it from our unit.     It’s always good when the building has these events you get to socialize with other people that live in buildings and share how nice it is to live in the building .

    I recently moved here and I wanted to comment on my amazing experience so far living here. Liza was beyond amazing with the entire process. From the tour, to paperwork and finally move in she was always so helpful knowing how stressful this process is for tenants. I absolutely love that I have my own balcony and washer/dryer. I came from garden apartments and it definitely was an adjustment in the most positive way. I even ran into one of my old neighbors here ! Everyone is so so friendly. It’s very very peaceful. I don’t hear any commotion like I did in the garden apartments. The premises is super clean and the little gym we have is a great perk! Maintenance is so friendly always saying hi in the hall. They are very on top of shoveling and plowing the area during this crazy winter. Regarding the trains I do feel it’s important for future tenants to know, it is really not that bad like the other reviews indicate. It’s super sporadic the times and I have never been woken up to it. You also have to understand if you are moving next to a train track you are bound to hear some bows but I really never do. I forget I even live by one that’s how quiet it is! I love my new home!
