  It’s time for me to finally say this is the worst place I have ever lived in from the cockroaches to the harassing management. The mice infestation with no response was the last straw for me. From day one stalking residents and where they park following your every move . If you’re a a single person with no children and visitors then this is the place for you . This place made my anxiety condition way worse with a camera pointed at my front door. When I complained about the lack of privacy no less than a week later surveillance signs were put up around the property. I threatened a lawyer and ultimately moved out early because I could not get away from the constant harassment and false claims about me as a resident . They stated that your not allowed to have visitors stay no more than three days within 60 days never heard of such a thing after I went through the lease with a fine tooth comb and lawyer there was no such clause to be found . Many of times family have come to visit to help me with my child and I was sent a letter to cease stating I had unoccupied residents living in a one bedroom apartment with me and my child they counted every single person as a resident living there . Multiple times I see the maintenance man driving around checking every parking sticker and then proceeded to say one of my visitors passes was expired when there was no such thing as an expiration date on the pass and the car was not there for more than three days as listed . It was revoked without reason because they didn’t like the fact that my now boyfriend was coming to visit multiple times in a month not consecutively to top it off the maintenance man was calling in the vehicle every time it parked on the lot and wound up being towed . The towing company told me that he would call about the vehicle every single time it was on the premise even when it had a clear visitor pass. I’m so glad I ended my lease early . I was supposed to get a deposit back never got that either and left the apartment in great condition with pictures to prove and video of the condition . The property manager runs this place worse than government subsidized living and the maintenance man will stalk your every move scary considering I have a five year old daughter living with me . Avoid this place like the plague !!! I also could careless about your response because it was harassment !

  If you want peace of mind don’t move here unless you are alone with no friends, no family, no boy/girlfriend nothing in your life just you, cause you won’t be able to have guests in your place. They give you only 1 tag for apartments, if you are celebrating as Christmas and you got more than 1 car, never mind all cars will be TOWED.. if the car with the tag is parked more than 3 times in the same month TOWED The maintenance man (Red Truck) has a big business with the towing company. Even if you car has the sticker if they don’t see it by snow or something else TOWED. This is so stressful for residents and profit for him. I have to be honest, property good management and quick response for everything but when residents realize that big issue normally run away. Also if you are moving out and you got help from friends with big trucks with no tag TOWED. This man don’t even let you move. TOWED TOWED TOWED.

  Parking is always a problem here; there is someone monitoring the lot all day long, and if you have visitors, they will have their cars towed. The management of this place is terrible—they even charge you if you remove the parking sticker from your car.

  I would not recommend living here based on my experience. At first, everything seemed fine, but once you end up on management’s bad side, their attitude changes completely. I found them to be rude,and difficult to deal with when I needed assistance. Instead of trying to work with residents to resolve issues, I often felt dismissed. It also seemed like there was a fee for just about everything, and working with management often resulted in additional charges rather than solutions. Another frustrating issue was the visitor parking situation. If you regularly have family or friends coming over, I would think twice before moving here. During my time living here, I frequently saw a man with a large red truck driving around the property, and visitors’ vehicles seemed to get towed very quickly. From my perspective, it almost felt like there was a system in place that benefited the towing company, although I can’t say for certain what the arrangement was or if there is one . Overall, my experience was very disappointing. If having friends and family visit is important to you, or if you value respectful and reasonable management, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere.
