  Kia and Luis were great! I showed up at the property thinking there was an office on site and could see an apartment, but there isn’t. I called the number on the website and Kia answered and immediately told me that she would get Luis to meet me and show me the apartment. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to see an apartment even though I didn’t have an appointment. They were both so nice and made me feel very welcomed.

  My wife and I lived at Sharon arms for 7 years. It was the perfect balance of welcoming vibes and respectful distance. Huge props to Tito and Luis, who were always super receptive caretakers of the units. They made it their mission to keep tenants happy and comfortable. Move in and move out were a breeze, unit appliances and parking were always well-maintained. Had we not gotten lucky with our home purchase, we would still be just as happy and cozy here!

  Small quiet complex...if you have any issues Tito and Louis take care of it immediately.

  I Love living at Sharon arms.. The maintenance staff respomds quickly. My neighsbors are helpful. i appreciate Charlene in the main offie as well. She answers all my questions

  This is worst complex I have ever lived in. Management is awful , harassing and in organized. Not kid friendly at ALL. Do not recommend
