  Nick was very professional and communicative throughout the whole leasing process. Continental Gardens looks like a beautiful community, and Nick helped make the application/leasing process much easier by being knowledgeable and answering all of my questions.

  You will hear the neighbours through the walls. We live across the hall from a child who cries a lot. When we brought this up with management, they were unresponsive. Within a few hours of signing the lease, we reached out to the leasing specialist for help. He suggested that we buy a white noise machine, weather strips for the doors, sound dampening curtains, and other products. We purchased all of them at our own expense. We continued to reach out for help from management, but communication was extremely slow. Eventually, we were able to arrange an inspection. During the inspection, Chris Teresi acknowledged that the sound was horrible. Additionally, he noted that the doors in our apartment are warped and poorly cut. After weeks of waiting, we were told that new doors were ordered and on their way.

Then, a few days later, we were told that no doors would be coming at all.
