    The property is beautifully maintained year-round by resident Manager, Carlos. Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash. Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed. I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.

    The entire Mayflower team is great. In particular the property manager. The response time on service calls is always quick and the work done is excellent, with minimal to no clean up. 🧼

    Super grateful for Carlos's very quick assistance on a Saturday afternoon to unclog our tub! He accomplished in 15 minutes what we had been trying to do unsuccessfully for past 2 weeks. Thank you!!
