  Ira is a great person and an even better real estate agent. He is thorough with his methods and has never ceased to get the deals to the closing table in a smooth manner.   We had a spectacular experience working with Ira as first-time homebuyers. We worked together for several months and he was always communicative, friendly, hardworking, and very knowledgeable about the Bergen County area and the buying process. He did a great job helping us navigate all the different steps and challenges buying in this tough market. We came very close to closing on a house, but unfortunately the deal fell through because of some unusual circumstances that were completely outside of his control. Even though we ultimately didn’t end up finding a house together, we really appreciated all the time and effort Ira and his team put in. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying their first home!
