  Ira Goodman had the role of dual agent when I was buying a condo. Throughout the process he was exceptionally professional, responsive, and diligent. Ira has enormous integrity, was clear and forthright. He also went out of his way to ensure that both Buyer and Seller came to a mutually satisfactory conclusion and went over and above the typical responsibilities of a real estate agent. I can recommend Ira Goodman without any hesitation and am extremely grateful to him.

  Without reservation, I would recommend Ira as the go-to realtor for purchasing your future home. One of the things that made this experience so special is that I've known him since I was a child, so having him guide me through one of the biggest milestones of my life felt less like working with a real estate agent and more like having family by my side. There are numerous aspects involved when it comes to buying your dream house which can easily overwhelm a buyer. This includes looking at properties, passing inspection, obtaining loan approval, as well as completing the closing procedures among others. There are times where all of this feels completely overwhelming. However, he guided me through all of these processes without feeling lost and confused. One thing that really stands out about his practice is his dedication to ensuring clients are satisfied with his service as well as feeling confident about this life-changing investment. I felt completely comfortable trusting him and asking any questions regarding the process that I did not fully comprehend. His professionalism is unmatched and he truly cares about helping his clients make sound decisions. For those considering buying property in the near future, I strongly suggest giving him a chance.   I have known Ira for over 40 years, working together in the computer software industry. He has been a great friend and a mentor to me, so when he became a realtor over 8 years ago, I knew that he would be just as successful in that field as well. I had complete confidence that he would assist my daughter in finding her first home, and I was cautiously overjoyed when she found a home that checked all of the boxes on her list. Even though she was unable to view the home during the open house, Ira was able to get her in to see the house first thing on Monday morning. She decided immediately to make an offer, and Ira guided her through the process. Within 48 hours, her offer was accepted and she is now a first time homeowner! Ira kept her calm and confident during that stressful 48 hour period, and I am grateful to him for assisting her and for being in constant contact throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family in the area, and would not hesitate to use him as my realtor in the future.
