  I have nothing but good things to say about Ira and his associate Konnor. As a first time home buyer I found the process very overwhelming at first but with Ira's sure guiding hand I felt the process to be as painless as it could be. The choices we ended up with during house hunting helped me decide very quickly on what i needed and wanted for myself and they were able to create opportunities to find the house I felt was most right for me. What I most appreciated was that Ira and Konnor quickly assembled a team of people I could work really well with and coached me well during the entire process and kept everyone on schedule. I am very grateful to Ira and Konnor for their involvement in me finding and closing on a home. Would recommend him again and again!

  I've known Ira for many years. He even helped the family of a very close friend of mine as the listing agent for their house, so when it came time for me to do the same I knew I wanted to work with him as well. Let me say after seeing it first hand, Ira goes above and beyond! Right off the bat he was on top of things with suggestions to increase the appeal of the house to buyers and had a thorough list of comps. With his knowledge of the area, he had a pricing strategy that maximized visibility and we had a number of offers, accepting one after only a week on market! He was exceptionally communicative through the whole process, and even helped prepare a few things for the town inspections while my wife and I were out of town! I highly recommend Ira to anyone and would not hesitate to work with him again!

  Ira Goodman had the role of dual agent when I was buying a condo. Throughout the process he was exceptionally professional, responsive, and diligent. Ira has enormous integrity, was clear and forthright. He also went out of his way to ensure that both Buyer and Seller came to a mutually satisfactory conclusion and went over and above the typical responsibilities of a real estate agent.
