  Our visit to The Mews as potential future tenants was very unpleasant! We were only shown one unit on the smaller side but yet there were bigger units available and we were not told about them AND yes I asked what was the biggest units you had. On the site it shows a number of bigger units available. Additionally, we were not pleasantly greeted AND were not taken around the property/clubhouse to see all the other amenities. The person that showed us around was very unpleasant. We were very interested in this property and left extremely disappointed and upset.

  I had a wonderful experience renting through Usha . She was very helpful, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free.

  Firstly, I want to say that Liliana, our leasing agent, is incredible (even though I know I've been incredibly annoying). I'm a new tenant who has stayed at other apartments before and I am blown away by her and the front desk staff. To explain, in my past stays at complexes, I've seldom interacted with apartment management. When I did, I was used to having to be a *very* squeaky wheel to get any sort of response or help, which led to me approaching Liliana for the first time being at minimum--unpleasant. I feel guilty now; In previous apartments, I was accustomed to having to be blunt/annoying to get a tour, a lease signed---anything. Once, I almost lost out on a lease at a different complex because the apartment management ignored all emails, texts, and calls! I would have had to couch surf, and it was only when I blew up their phone and stormed into their office that I was able to secure a home for my husband and I. SO I arrived at the MEWS prepared to advocate strongly for myself. Liliana was kind and patient with me regardless, despite our initial interaction and a ton of neediness on my part. On top of this, our move-in, through no fault of the MEWS, was eventful. We had a key mixup, a router arrive without us home, a wedding that led to us having to drop off important forms when no one was in...and through it all, Liliana has been amazing to us. Not once did she make me feel like the burden I was most definitely being with my constant requests, emails, and calls. As for the complex, it is gorgeous, comfortable, and conveniently located. The apartments feel spacious. There are mature trees planted throughout that make things feel nestled in. So far, I am happy here.

  I’ve been living here for four months now, and Lily has helped and supported me throughout the entire process. Jose from the amenities team has also been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The area is calm and quiet, and it’s conveniently located near Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and the train station. It’s a great place to live! Big shout-out to Lily and Jose!
