- CTCaisey TramontanaJul 13, 20261.0We had leaking in our bedrooms twice, soaked our carpet this was apparently from the 3rd floor, there are water stains and has to be mold in the walls but they haven’t done anything about it now we have water randomly by our second bedroom on the carpet and in my kids bedroom walk in closet now had puddle of water and smells like mildew
