  Helen is a superb realtor. We had a very unique and older historic home. She helped with getting it ready to show well. She had excellent recommendations on what needed to be done. Her sources to help get the house ready were cost effective and promptly did the work needed. She knew what buyers would be interested in our house and had them ready to see it when we put it in the market. She helped with pricing it competitively and it sold very quickly. She knows the market and what works. Would highly recommend her!

  Helen Sherman is an excellent real estate broker, especially for older, expensive homes. Helen made the effort to understand what made our house special evidenced by the 5 page description of the property. Helen did an excellent competitive analysis to arrive at a price for our house and could defend our price to other brokers whose only analysis was square foot comparisons.
