  Helen is a superb realtor. We had a very unique and older historic home. She helped with getting it ready to show well. She had excellent recommendations on what needed to be done. Her sources to help get the house ready were cost effective and promptly did the work needed. She knew what buyers would be interested in our house and had them ready to see it when we put it in the market. She helped with pricing it competitively and it sold very quickly. She knows the market and what works. Would highly recommend her!

  This is the 4th home and 7th!! transaction we’ve worked on with Helen. We’re repeat customers for a reason! Helen is a seasoned pro and knows how to get over the finish line. During what most would consider to be one of life’s biggest stressors, Helen is unflappable. Shes also honest and that’s not always been my experience with working with the other side. Integrity is very important and you get that with Helen. She also has a treasure trove of resources that are quick to respond and prioritize her customers. A big plus! Although I hope this is our last move, I know it won’t be our last time seeing Helen since she is now a friend.
