  I have been in Quail Ridge for 22yrs and this current staff has been the best ever. They are very attractive to the tenants needs. Not just me but I have been in the office and watched them give other tenants the same personal attention. Thank U 😊 Manny,Ibis and MJ. I appreciate all of you to the utmost.

  Beautiful family friendly place to live. I call it a home to live. We love the improvements being made to the buildings. You guys gave a beautiful greenish trimming colours but we just noticed that you're changing to some dark gloomy dark colour. That's why I gave 4 stars otherwise you deserve 5 stars. Management team is great receptive and friendly. Kudos Ibis for her always welcoming smiles.

  I've been at Quail Ridge since 2024 and Ashley has been amazing every step of the way. Anything that I needed help with, Ashley was always there to answer my questions and lead me in the right direction. She is by far one of the best leasing agents I've ever worked with. She is has an amazing spirit and personality. They world and Quail Ridge need more people like her!!

  I recently transferred apartments at Quail Ridge, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sarah. She was helpful, professional, and very adept at navigating the process. I really appreciated that she went out of her way to ensure everything was handled correctly, which made my move-in a great experience. She is a wonderful addition to the team!

  Ania, the Senior Leasing Office Coordinator at Quail Ridge Apartments, was incredibly helpful throughout our internal unit transfer process. She patiently walked us through multiple options and took the time to understand our needs, recommending units based on factors like affordability, amenities, and overall suitability. She was always responsive and proactive, consistently following up to make sure all the necessary documentation was completed. She also went above and beyond in helping us sort out the insurance transfer and onboarding process, making what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and manageable. Overall, Ania is highly professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. We truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with their leasing needs at Quail Ridge Apartments!
