  Strange!! I probably should have shared this sooner. My account had a zero balance. Every month my rent is paid in full leaving a zero balance. Which means all charges were paid. One random day just before rent was due I received a bill for approximately $3600, could have been more or less. However it made no sense. I called the management office. After speaking with Manny, he suggested that no checks were received for 2 particular months which were not consecutive by the way. After questioning Manny and being gaslit, I asked him to explain why was my account credited for those months in question and now has a negative balance made no sense. I asked him to correct the error. Manny continuously stated there were no checks received. The checks had trackers on them and were in fact delivered on time. I filed a complaint at the post office with the supervisor. The supervisor also provided me with information on how to escalate the complaint. By the time I arrive back at the property, I see the post master leaving the management office. While in the office I spoke with Phyllis because Manny had stepped out. I explain to Phyllis what was happening and she stated it was Manny's job to handle the mail and process the payments. Phyllis then proceeded to look through some mail and found nothing. Phyllis stated it was Manny's job to figure it out and that she would have him call me. I then called the postal supervisor and informed her that I saw the post master leaving the management office at an odd time so I thought. The supervisor at the post office informed me that she sent the postmaster to follow up because the mail did have a tracker and was delivered to the correct address and not returned. I escalated the complaint by email as suggested by the postal supervisor. Within a few hours magically the checks appeared. I received a call from Phyllis stating she found one check and approximately 20 minutes later I received another call from Manny stating he found the other check magically. Whatever someone intended to do is beyond me. Something shady definitely was happening. But once I involved the postal service and the local police suddenly there was resolve. My information is factual and documented. This was beyond human error. To date Manny will not take or return phone calls which I find to be a strange behavior of an assistant property manager ! (The officer who took the complaint tried to discourage me from filing a complaint suggesting that I let the postal police handle the situation. However, I was persistent. He then took the complaint but not before informing me the he was a retired vet with special training. He then went on the share that he was also dealing with identity theft and that someone was using his identity and ordering GUCCI merchandise and sending it to a Newark address. Not really sure why he was sharing this. As long as he took the complaint while another officer was present.) Also there's no privacy in that office. They all stick together and no one is going to admit who's leaking personal information. I'm not sure who the culprit is but someone in there or a few cannot be trusted ! Management needs management!

  Everyone at the maintenance office is awesome, very diligent and helpful. Their team is fast and proactive about any maintenance request.

  Great Place to live, maintenance is excellent and the people are nice. This place has lots of green areas, pools and Gym.

  Awesome location and overall a nice place. However, the pricing is a bit high for a one-bedroom apartment, especially when you factor in all the additional fees. The location is definitely a plus, but I wish the overall cost and extra fees were more reasonable.

  I’m very happy with my experience at Quail Ridge Apartments. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and welcoming. I especially want to thank Ania for her exceptional customer service. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She always goes above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. Thank you, Ania, for making us feel so welcome! Highly recommended!
