  Now that I safely moved out, I can make a real review for people who are interested in moving to the Randolph. Don’t waste your time. I wrote an honest review while I was living there and was unfortunately bullied and harassed (knocking on my door and calling my personal cell phone telling me to take my review down) by the building property manager Osyrus and Jason the fixer upper for the building. At the time I was a young girl living alone so I decided to delete the review. Let me just say most of the 5 star reviews here are not authentic, they go around asking people to give them 5 stars and harass anyone who speaks the truth. This building is unsafe (homeless people sleeping in lobby at night), unsanitary(tampons and spills on floors/carpets), unpleasant(loud, obnoxious neighbors, and very smelly. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

  I’m completely satisfied with the way the building is managed. Request for maintenance is addressed in a timely manner, Property Manager is very supportive to me when I need it. Continue to provide services for the tenants in the building in this manner. GGU Means….God Got You 😉🥰

  I’ve had struggles with different aspects of The Randolph. But the maintenance team is great! Jason always attends to help tickets right away and has fixed my issue every time. He fixes issues quickly and has always been a nice guy. He’s the best part of this place! Thanks, Jason!

  My experience living there was pleasant and comfortable. Great community and friendly. Any issues I had were handled quick. The current building manager Osyris is great. Very pleasant and always helpful. I would recommend..
