  Great place to live. Apartment was spacious and modern but rent is high and things required some fixing, the maintenance team usually responded in a couple days. We had a lot of help from Amanda who has been very communicative and helpful through all the processes and has been willing to go out of her way to help us. Thank you!

  I’ve been a resident at 100 Forge for a year and have loved living here! Monica was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition during my lease renewal. The property is beautiful, amenities are great, and I love my unit. Looking forward to being a part of this community for a long time!

  I had a great experience working with Monica in the leasing office. From the beginning, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about addressing my concerns.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very beginning, Amanda made what could have been a stressful relocation feel seamless. As an active-duty military member completing a PCS move from Boston, my schedule was constantly changing, and she was incredibly patient, accommodating, and responsive every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions, work around my timeline, and make sure everything was ready when I arrived. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth as possible rather than just completing another lease. Moving is never easy, but having someone like Amanda made all the difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision.
