  I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. Monica especially is easy to talk to and always helpful, which really makes a difference as a resident. When it comes to planning community events, complaints, or even just welcoming the kids with goodies when they arrive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely seem to care about residents and the overall community. The location is convenient, the amenities are well kept, and the neighbors are respectful, which makes it an enjoyable place to live day to day. Overall, this has been a comfortable and stress-free renting experience, and I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming community.

  Been living here for over a year now and it’s been a great community! The complex feels safe, clean, and quiet, and the residents are respectful. Maintenance and management are responsive and easy to work with. The amenities are always clean. Every time I go, I see staff actively cleaning and maintaining the space, which I really appreciate. The hallways and buildings are also kept very clean. Monica, the new complex manager, has been very responsive, easy to reach, and great with communication. Overall, I feel comfortable and safe living here, and I’ve had a very positive experience.

  Amanda completely changed the experience of apartment hunting for us. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly genuine from the very beginning. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and stress-free she made the entire process feel. There was never any pressure to commit or make a rushed decision- just honesty and guidance from someone who truly cares about helping people find a place that feels like home.   The idea of moving is always stressful, but Amanda took every little bit of stress away! From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew we were in good hands. She answered all of our questions with full transparency and made sure to show us a handful of floor plans. At no point was there pressure to make a decision or even the energy of being sold to. Amanda is so personable and a hard worker. I haven't even moved in yet, but she's made me feel apart of the community already. I'm super excited for this next chapter of my life and extremely grateful for Amanda and all she's done to make it happen. If you're looking for your next place -- go see Amanda at 100 Forge!!! She, and the property, are 11/10!
