We have moved into the Forge apartments a short time ago. Amanda Cook has been such a pleasure to work with, helpful with all the registration issues and leasing steps at the beginning of the process. Recently she found time to help us with the Carson app and maintenance issues in spite of being the only person handling all the apartments in the absence of her colleague. Kudos to her for being always in a good mood and so accessible to us!

I recently moved in and have had nothing but a great experience during the process. The virtual tour is a game changer for both perspective renters and the leasing office. I was able to tour with ease by myself. Once my application was submitted, Amanda reached out immediately. Her professionalism and kindness was unmatched. She supported the best path for me forward and was always responsive. Any questions or issues up until move in day, she took care of without hesitation. On move in day, she supported the transition in a way I’ll be forever grateful for. I truly don’t know what this complex would do without her. Thank you Amanda for everything! As for the room, it is amazing! An awesome size for one person and clean and ready to go move in day. While I haven’t experienced the maintenance team inside my apartment yet, I did meet them during my tour and they were super friendly and helpful! I know I am going to be very happy here for my lease term!

Having looked at a few places for my relocation to NJ, I really like this property. The digital/app-integrated system is seamless, and everything is clean and brand new—almost entirely paperless, which fits the modern era perfectly. Even though mine is a corporate lease, they were flexible in accommodating company requirements. I know moving and initial setup are usually stressful, but Monica and Amanda (Mandy) made the process incredibly smooth and efficient by tailoring their support to my situation. My actual move is next month, but I'm genuinely excited about my new home!

I’ve lived here for about 14 months and have had a great experience. Monica, Mandy, and the management team have always been kind and helpful, and Monica especially went above and beyond to help me with my renewal. The community is always clean, well maintained, and full of friendly people. I’m very happy to be renewing my lease!

Monica was wonderful to work with! We were recommended the Forge, and when we called she was happy to take us same day. She took the time to show us various options based on our needs, was so personable, and has left us so excited to make the Forge our future home!
