- CEChristina Eldekkitoday5.0Been here for 12 years. Access to local and highways and to the schools. Quiet area. Every one knows each other. Great staff.
- NMNoreen Maindelletoday5.0Iam a long long tennant of madison arms. I have been very happy here. Lived in madison arms for over 55 years. Never had a problem. I have a lott of patience, i never demaned things right a way. I have been through many managers, and i tell you the present are the best. All the crew treat you as if you are family. I dont care what the public think. You have to learn to have patience. I say the same for the office also. Sometimes when tennants dont get there way, they lie a little. The botton line is i dont fall for any crap over all thes years on false actions. I have always said good words for Madison Arms.
- OCOlivia Crispinotoday5.0Great place to live! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the location is convenient to 9 and lots of shopping. Christine in the office and the maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend!
