99 Bridge has truly been the best place I’ve ever called home. This community will always hold a special place in my heart, especially because I welcomed both of my daughters into the world while living here. So many meaningful memories and milestones for my family are connected to this place. Joe and Naja are absolutely incredible! I met Joe five years ago, and he was actually the very first person I met when I came to 99 Bridge. From day one, he has been exceptionally kind, attentive, welcoming, and communicative. He is genuinely one of those people who makes a community feel like home, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. One of the things I’ve appreciated most about living here is the sense of community. Many of my neighbors have been here for years, which has allowed us to build genuine relationships and create a neighborhood that truly feels connected. I’m incredibly grateful for my time at 99 Bridge and for all of the memories my family and I have made here. It has been so much more than just a place to live—it has truly been our home.

My husband and I lived at 99 Bridge for about two years, and we truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. From day one, we felt at home. Our apartment was beautiful, the amenities were always clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use, and the community itself was friendly, welcoming, and made living there a great experience. We especially want to give a huge shoutout to Joe, the head of maintenance. He consistently went above and beyond for residents and was one of the biggest reasons our experience was so positive. He was always kind, approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats residents with such respect and kindness. We recently moved out due to relocating, but we will always look back fondly on our time at 99 Bridge. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!
