  My husband and I lived at 99 Bridge for about two years, and we truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. From day one, we felt at home. Our apartment was beautiful, the amenities were always clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use, and the community itself was friendly, welcoming, and made living there a great experience. We especially want to give a huge shoutout to Joe, the head of maintenance. He consistently went above and beyond for residents and was one of the biggest reasons our experience was so positive. He was always kind, approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats residents with such respect and kindness. We recently moved out due to relocating, but we will always look back fondly on our time at 99 Bridge. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!

  Never leased here but my experience touring/trying to get info on leasing was pretty awful. When I went in to tour the complex, I explicitly asked if there was any rush to lease or if units open often, since I didn't want a start date until a couple months out. I was told I'd be good to wait for a bit, there's constant openings. Was never told about any "dynamic pricing" or anything like that. Two weeks later, after touring other options, I went on to their site to apply only to find that the prices for all 1 beds went up about $200 in that time. I e-mailed the leasing agent to confirm and she said yes, the price was correct, they use dynamic pricing hence the high price hike. I understand these are "luxury apartments" but the new price of I think $2850 or so was impossible to justify, that's literally as much as I paid living in NYC where most utilities were included. So I went with another option in a nearby location with a cheaper price. Today, I got yet another e-mail from them encouraging me to apply. Out of curiosity, I sign on to their site and see that the apartment I wanted is nearly back at it's original price. All of this happened within a little over a month. When I toured it seemed like a nice place which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. But unless you're someone who literally doesn't care about money at all, I can't imagine staying here. With this "dynamic pricing" it seems like they could just raise your rent on a whim and attribute it to "higher demand" as they charge you Manhattan prices
