  Great place to live. It's higher up in the beautiful Watchung forest than any nearby apartment. A secret trail allows you to walk to Walmart and Target. Nice management team.

  Hands down, the NICEST and more professional people in the leasing industry. Lori, is very kind, knowledgeable, and always puts the customer first. Tiffany, is always willing to help a resident whenever an issue arises and is always friendly over the phone. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

  Just got into the apartment. 1 star because no one disclosed those things prior to move-in. -AC unit is in the living room - once it is ON - the noise it makes is so loud that you can not hear your TV or even yourself. At least, it is not that bad in the bedroom. However, VERY ANNOYING!!! -Hardwood floors making so much noise - the whole building can hear you walking around. VERY ANNOING!!! -The reason the floors are so bad is that the building itself (ground level) sat down in the middle - so once I hang the TV on the wall (based on 0 level) - I thought that I was going crazy - because, the lever difference in 70" tv legth was up to 1" from once side of the TV to another against the ceiling or the floor. Floors are so uneven across the room that when you walk around you can just feel like you are walking downhill and uphill all the time. IT IS NOT (flat or parallel to the horizon) 0-degree angle against ground level! SUPER ANNOING!!!! The building definately has a huge structural settlement and it is a warning sign of structural movement!!!! I might end up calling A Certified Home Inspector to make sure that it is safe to live in that place... Maybe some other apartments do not have this issues, so pay attention to those things.

  Been here a little over a year, no complaints what so ever. Great management and maintenance. If something is wrong they are there the next day. Patio and grill area is practically brand new and they just fixed up the dog park. The gym has your basic needs for a fine workout as well.

  Living here 6 months and so far no complaints. Very responsive team across the board and smooth renting process. One con is with the wood floors it squeaks when walking lol Mother’s Day Food truck even. Very sweet, first event to attend and got free dinner :)
