  Please can maintenance fix the broken water dispenser at the gym. The noise that comes up every 3 mins interrupts the work out session. ALSO, the lat pull down chair is loose and needs to be tightened. It can cause serious injuries. I’ll update this review when it’s been fixed. Thank you very much team

  Good amenities and apartments. Clean snd luxurious. Staff is always responsive. Lewis is the goat.

  Was the first to move in and resigned to live there for a total of 2 years. Well known that the first floor can be noisy, so a higher up floor is better. Never had any problems with things that can be controlled, since Lewis the super is absolutely wonderful and quick with any needs. The only downside we found is the relation to the hospital comes with lots of sirens 24/7, especially if facing towards Springfield Ave. All amenities and parking are great. Great for students.

  I loved the tour at this building. There’s a really nice library near the entrance and the lounge area is cool. Tatyana was the tour lady. She was patient and let me ask so many questions. I wish there were more bars around tho

  I can’t say enough great things about Superintendent Lewis and Peter. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right.
