  Be extremely cautious before renting this apartment. I’m Gang Qiao, and I lived in 10 Landing Lane Apartment 2E, for four and a half years (January 2022–June 2026). Getting in is easy. Getting out is a nightmare. If you can’t predict the exact month in which you’ll move out when signing the yearly lease, you’re in trouble. If you leave early for any reason, they will happily charge you unpredictable fees that you have no power to dispute. For foreigners, the situation is even worse. I left the United States immediately after moving out, so I asked them to refund my security deposit—worth one and a half months’ rent—either by bank transfer or by mailing a check under my relative’s name (she lived with me in the 10 Landing Lane apartment 2E and I authorized her to receive it). They refused, and proceeded with the check only under my name, from a lease signed years earlier. Because I was no longer in the country, receiving and depositing the check became extremely difficult. Overall, moving out of this apartment was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. This really happened to me.

  The noise from the trash man at 4 am would be the only issue I have having a loud boom come through your window that early wakes you with your heart racing

  I highly recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for 3 years and it really felt like home! The management and maintenance team are responsive and caring. The apartments are well-maintained, spacious, luminous, quiet and have great views of the surrounding forest/greenery. The location of the building is ideal, as it is well-connected to New Brunswick but secluded enough (on an ascent) to be protected from the bustle of the city. The property feels safe and parking is ample on the outside lot. The building is located next to two large parks and a beautiful trail by the D&R canal.
